We loved this. If you stick in water for too long it will get sticky and unusable but we have loved these. I have made several spring rolls but have yet to fry but will send reviews on it. TiP: dip completely for 2 seconds they soften quickly any longer they become sery sticky. I didnt have any issue and all my sring rolls were amazing

This is best rice paper. It’s doesn’t crumble and easy to work with. Makes great summer rolls.

These are great. Once open though no way toClose it up. Which of course exposes it to moisture. Only problem which then I feel is this.

The name have to be organic tapioca starch and not Organic Rice paper, when 89.7% is tapioca starch and 10% is organic rice. I was blown away 😳 . The worst part is that you can not return them. Amazon shouldn't accept this kind of sellers. I am so disappointed.

I made spring rolls with these 4 or 5 times and still have one package left. It takes a little practice, but they turn out great. I prep the interior first and wrap it in plastic so that I am not frantically trying to assemble the roll before the wrapper gets too sticky. I found that using a smoothe dinner plate works well and I let part of the round hang over the front of the plate and use that to start rolling it together.

At the top of the box, the clear plastic seal was cut about five inches along the seam.
