Very helpful to keep your tips clean in an easy safe way

A decent product but the container is basically a homeopathic size. If you are a mouse, flea or perhaps a four-year-old child engaged in soldering, this quantity might be perfect for you. Not a very good value at all.

This has helped clean the tips of my soldering irons. I checked videos about this product and it says its meant to melt and turn liquidy, but this one doesn't and because of how small it is, it can't clean the lower side of the tips. Overall, it leaves the tips clean

Tip tinners are basically an essential buy if you work with soldering irons. Doubly so useful if you use TS100 style tips (eg. Pinecil) as they are more pricy to replace if you eroded the tips down. My tips look nearly new despite a fair amount of use on them because of this product.

Keeps my soldering iron tip in good condition.

Small container...but I knew that before ordering so no complaints.

It is super easy to tin your iron with this product. The tin is a bit smaller than I expected. I included a picture beside the soldering iron for reference. But the quantity is still suitable for the cost IMO.

Standard Tinning product I believe that works as it should, it is however VERY dry to the point of powder in the container on opening it. The lid pops off by the way and is not threaded as I 1st thought. * if you also use the SRA #135 Flux paste like me ( good product ) don't be fooled like me thinking this Tin is the same size and weight, it's actually about 1/3 the size at 21grams, so I was disappointed by that, but it's in the pics if you look closely, I didn't.
