My sister was visiting and told us about roasted Brussels sprouts she had tried at someone’s house that had a maple glaze with bacon and how delicious they were. She found this jam and tried making them herself. So I ordered the jam and we made them at my house. We roasted the sprouts in the oven then made a glaze by thinning a few spoonfuls of the jam with a little bit of water and drizzled it over the sprouts after they were out of the oven. We didn’t add actual bacon bits but that would make them extra delicious! I think it would also be great as a glaze on pork tenderloin. Lots of options!

This stuff is addictive. I used to order it directly from the seller but I save shipping by doing through Amazon so I’ve ordered it quite a few times. It’s balanced with just the right balance of savory and sweet. My fav thing , well one of, things to do is make a grilled cheese with white American and put a thin layer of this mouth watering stuff in the grilled cheese. Sooooo good!!! I’m on hospice and it’s one of the few things that sound good these days. I’m hoping to be able to afford another jar soon. I hate when I run out lol. One of the est jams I’ve found in over a decade!

This jam is such a hit!!! We use it on our chicken and biscuit sandwiches at our restaurants.

I purchased this for my Mom. She was so excited and cooked her burger to use it on. She said it smelled so awful, but went ahead and tasted it, my brother refused. It had an overpowering taste of smoke. No bacon flavor at all. So much they could not eat it. I am sorry to report it was thrown away.

I first discovered this wonderful jam at a party where it was served on crackers with cream cheese. I love the taste of sweet and savory so I decided to use it in my pork loin with apples recipe and it was an immediate success! Now my family will not eat pork roast without it!

Overall this is a good product. We enjoyed it on a charcuterie board and with biscuits. The flavor is good but a little mild. We had hoped for a stronger bacon flavor. I would buy it again but will continue to look for a bacon jam that has a stronger flavor.

Upon opening the package, the lid was opened. And I'm not sure if it was ever sealed properly. The other jar of jelly I bought was sealed properly. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, I tossed the jar in the trash. Even worse, it smelled fantastic, but didn't want to risk the health of my kids. Seal those jars.
