Awesome
I can't believe it's taken me so long to own a rolling pin sock. Along with the mat I ordered pie crust and cookie dough are less stressful to roll out. No sticking now.

Small
They are really too small to fit on a lefsa rolling pin.

Best way to roll out a pie crust...
I highly recommend these cloths. I've tried other brands in recent years, and these are by far the best.I've used cloths like these with my wooden rolling pin to make perfect pie crusts for decades -- and they really, really work! No need for going crazy keeping the dough ice cold as you roll out your crusts, no need to struggle with stuck-on dough or flour flying everywhere. There are two tricks, though: You have use the rolling pin cloth in combination with a pastry cloth on your work surface for maximum benefit. You do have to flour both of them, but not nearly as aggressively as you are forced to do when working with a bare rolling pin and work surface. Works like a charm, I promise! The cloths work equally well for cookie dough. Here is another useful tip: There's absolutely no need to buy a specialty pastry cloth. I've always just used clean cotton dishcloths as pastry cloths, and they work extremely well. By keeping several old dishcloths around for this purpose, I don't have to launder them after every baking session, and the cloths are easy to clean: Just fold the floury rolling pin and pastry cloths into a large ziploc bag after you finish baking, and when you've accumulated a few sets of the dirty cloths, throw them into a separate laundry load and wash in cold water. Easy!

The size actually is Extra Long
I bought this rolling pin at Smart & Final...I think it's 15" long and very wide. My existing stocking didn't fit and when I was rolling out my crackers, it kept sticking to the rolling pin, ripping the dough, very frustrating! I'm really glad this came in a 2 pk because as long as this one was, the width of my rolling pin actually made it seem shorter, so I ended up sewing the ends together and now it covers it completely with actually about an inch to spare on both sides. I can't wait to try it out. What a great price too.

Essential item for your ‘pastry toolbox’!
I just can’t say how happy I am this product was made available for purchase.Early memories of my grandmother baking have rolling pin covers front and centre; never a pie or pastry was made without a ‘seasoned’ rolling pin cover. Washed rarely, the covers absorb flour and a bit of fat and reduce or eliminate the need to use copious amounts of extra flour (that makes your pastry tough, same goes for the naked pin itself- scrape, wipe with a damp cloth and put away... no soap!). Just a light sprinkle of flour on the counter so the bottom doesn’t stick or, alternatively you can roll it out on parchment thereby eliminating the need for all that extra flour all together. With first use, rub some flour into the cover; repeat each time you use it. You’ll be amazed at how well pastry rolls out.Excellent purchase, arrived on time (Thank you Amazon!!) and will save me a LOT of extra work!Five stars all the way! :D

Well built rolling pin
Perfect for making my Swedish flat bread. I've been giving this pin quite the workout since I purchased it and I have been thoroughly impressed with the sturdiness of the product.

Ends FRAY
These covers do fit my rolling pin, however they are unusable as far as I’m concerned. The problem is that the end FRAY. Every time I try to use it, tiny little pieces of material fray off the cut ends.Who wants to eat something with pieces of material in the food?Sorry, I would not recommend. The ends NEED to be FINISHED.
