Liberty Pumps 404L Compact 1/3 HP Low Profile Drain Pump

The pump sends the waste clear across my basement and 6 feet up to the sewer line. Exactly what I needed.

This thing is too cool. Pumps water like a demon. It is overpowered to drain a whirlpool tub ... it takes 10-20 seconds to fill and 5 seconds to eject. As a result, it goes on and off more than a dozen times while my 90 gallon whirlpool tub drains. I am concerned it may fail prematurely due to the rapid start/stop. Since we only use it 1-3 times per week, maybe it won't be a problem.

Quiet, effective and works as stated. Note that the unit must be properly vented. The manual states that an air admittance device cannot be used and I tested it with one that I had as it could have saved me from running another 20+ feet of pipe. I does not work as it does not allow for the pump tank to fill fast enough. Properly vented the pump works amazing well!

Works like a charm and has a 2"NPS port to meet code for a laundry discharge. Intake (side port) and vent are interchangeable. Nice and quiet. Sized well for my new HE washer.
