One Degree Organic Foods Sprouted Spelt Flour, 80 Ounce

I always buy this flower, only problem is the expiration date is Oct 2025 and that means it won't last long, Spelt is a great flour, just check the expiration date

I’m doing an eczema detox and this is one of the few items I can consume on the diet. I appreciate that it is sprouted and it tastes pretty good as a pancake or tortilla.

I made sourdough bread and used half bread flour and about half spelt flour alomng with chopped walnuts and dried cranberries..very good! Glad I ordered this flour!

Nice package, shipped fast using for emergency’s so I haven’t tried it yet.

Easy flour to measure. I opened the bag to see nicely fluffy flour and gentle aroma. I just made delicious ginger snap cookies with this spelt flour and will begin a sour dough starter with it.

High quality product. Worth it.
