2.0L Hydration Reservoir

This is a great way to carry water. Those backpacks with 'built in' water supplies are more expensive. We have different sizes so can adjust how much water we carry in our backpack depending on length of hike etc. Much cheaper than others and we have used them on hikes. Replaceable mouthpiece was an unexpected feature. So if it wears out or you want to have someone else use it, just swap the mouthpiece. Good idea. No leaks and no problems.

These are the greatest water bottles for camping and hiking. I have fair skin and get sun burnt and heat sensitive while hiking easily so I have to stay super hydrated. This bottle is the best to stay drinking water all day on long hikes. It holds a lot of water and is lightweight and flexible so it fits in different types of packs. We have two of them. Bought the first at Target and second on Amazon. Better deal on Amazon!

Almost as good as a camel-back, and in some ways better. The bite valve on these are really well made, and are easily (and inexpensively) replaced. This reservoir is easy to clean, has no funky plastic taste, and works really well to hold a day's supply of h2O in easily accessible fashion. If you don't already have a water bladder, this is a great place to start - a bargain at the price really. If you do have one, this is a great replacement or size upgrade, or an additional one to add to another pack.

Very pleased with this one! Works well, with no drips, leaks or other nasty surprises. The large fill opening seals well and the hose can be removed for storage, cleaning, or whatever. Great deal. And the tapered lower section really does make it easier to slip this thing down into hydration pouches on backpacks. Nice attention to detail and ease-of-use. I had to take a small knife and cut the mouthpiece opening a little, as it wouldn't fully open when bitten-into. But that took a whole 10 seconds of my time, so no complaints.

Overall, a quality bladder. My biggest complaint is the bite valve. It's hard to get enough water when I'm gassed from a hill climb or sprint. Shortly after buying this bladder, I bought an Antidote with a big bite valve. The Antidote, while more expensive, gives out plenty of water when it's hard to suck on the bite valve after a hard climb. It's all I use now. If you use a hydration bladder for something where you don't exert yourself and just want a lot of water to have on hand, this Outdoor one may work just fine.

Having a new puppy chew off the bite valve of my original reservoir was truly disheartening. Now having found this replacement, the birds are singing, the skies are blue, and I have water. No leaks, no issues, just hydration when I need it. Great replacement, great price, great product.

This is my first water resevior i have had so i cannot compair it to others. But it certainly holds water and comes with a bite cap that does not leak. The bag is 2 liters and is heavy when ful but basically weightless when empty. There is a plastic taste to the water that goes away after a couple of washes. No cons . Its much better than carrying a canteen. It soes have a wide screw top that sems like it would be esay to fill from a stream or boil pot. Very easy to fill from my sink. I guess this could hold any beverage you like but cleaning it after would not be fun. The material is more like flexible rubber very soft but feels durable . Not sad i bought it . It does the job.

Flavor was 3 stars, not sure how it compares to others. Honestly every time I've had water out of these it tastes the same, so I'm not sure it's the fault of this thing. At this price, we change them out regularly, even if doesn't look like it needs to be done.

No leaks, seems robust enough for casual use.

Lo compre para usar en mi mochila de viajero y es perfecta para los espacios asignados para este tipo de bolsas de hidratación. Pros: - Se cierra perfectamente - Su boquilla mantiene el agua en su lugar, sin fugas. - El agujero superior a la tapa se adapta perfectamente a los velcros sujetadores de las mochilas. - Una vez lleno, no estorba mucho. Contras: - Es muy difícil secarlo por completo después de lavar, el agua se niega a salir o evaporarse. - En ocasiones al beber, sale junto con el aire, así que sientes que te llenas mas pronto (aunque también hace rendir el agua por ese punto).

Good, but had to be washed thoroughly before use to get rid of a smell.
