Size is perfect for my MT15, yes it is water resistant. Also protects from dust and debre. Quality stitches and durable material, slightly heavy but it's expected from a quality material. I should've bought this as soon as I've bought my bike, this would've prevented a lot of rust that caused mainly because of rain, I had no choice but to park outside. This would've kept my bike in perfect condition.

Great quality, seems sturdy. A bit heavier but that's due to the quality.Price is little higher but that's okay for the quality offered.
