This is a really cool and useful cutting board. It is sturdy and well made. The bamboo is pretty thick. It's a nice size to fit on my counter tops. I like a lot of vegetables and this is great for keeping them organized and keeping the counter clean. It's really nice for snacks too. You can put your cut fruits and carrot sticks and crackers in the little drawers. I like this brand and their mission to be better for the environment. The products are cute and useful. I would try other things from this brand.

I live Fulltime on a converted Skoolie--(short bus); and any item that co-exists with me here, has to pass a litmus test. Is it multi-functional? Is it breakable? Is it a space-saver? This Bamboo cutting board from Ecozoi, passed the test with flying colors! It has little compartments that store--(in my case, utensils); and a little drawer for waste--(in my case, vegetable peels). I not only use this board for preparing food; but, it fits perfectly on my mini-counter, where I work--so, I use it as a laptop pedestal as well. It stores perfectly under my counter, when not in use--(when I am driving). I was surprised at how beautiful it is; the craftsmanship is gorgeous and the bamboo is amazing. I use it every day, and to say that I love this thing, might be an understatement. I'll start with what I like about this product. I love that it's safe, non toxic, eco friendly, easy to use, and it makes cutting up veggies and meal prepping easy and fast. But when I received it one of the drawers fell out, and it didn't break on impact. While I was using it the front of the drawer began to come apart, which I'm assuming is because it fell onto the floor. Otherwise I'm sure there aren't any issues with it! I would just recommend being gentle when moving and cleaning it. For the most part I really enjoyed using this cutting board. I would say it's a little difficult to clean because the bamboo soaks up water, so drying it off immediately would be important to reduce possible mold. Definitely a nice gift for people who prep lots of different foods and take good care of their kitchen items.

I wanted to raise my kitchen prep surface to help me reach my food preparations so I wouldn’t have to stoop over. These 3 inches of extra height are exactly what I need. The smooth edges are great for sliding the food off the two sides without being interrupted with a groove (the grooves are north/south; smooth drop offs are east/west). And the stainless steel pans included are fabulous! Spacious and easy to use & clean. I am so happy with this purchase and it fit into my purchase budget.

This is a good cutting board, I like being able to collect the items I cut and put them side so I can move on to the next item.

I cut up tons of vegetables, usually all at once, and this made it so easy and feel so organized. I usually have to get out bowls to put food in once it's chopped because there's never enough room on the cutting board. With this, you can just interchange the organizational drawers and slide whatever you're chopping into the opening. It made so much less of a mess! It's also great to know that this is bamboo and completely natural, so you're not getting any plastic residue from traditional cutting boards. This product is sturdy and beautiful and so easy to clean! Nothing stained at all, it just came right off. Definitely recommend!

I love this! My husband said” another cutting board?” Yes! I love the silver trays to gently put the diced onions or celery in then carry over to the stove. Otherwise, a lot of it ends up on the floor.

We love the craftsmanship and smooth corners. It's a smart design to have a bin for the cut vegetable waste and the cut vegetables to keep and add to the meal. The grooves to catch liquid spills are intelligently designed to only be at the top and bottom, so you don't have to slide food with the knife over a groove to get it into either of the bins on the side. The bins when the product arrived were wrapped in a plastic that had a putrid metallic smell and stuck to the edges. It was work to get it clean enough that we felt like putting our food into it. I hope that the product manufacturing process can be improved so that there aren't such gross oils on the product. We had to sterilize them in the dishwasher and carefully peel all of the plastic off, and a stinky smell was on our hands for the rest of the day. With that issue improved this would be an excellent product. Thank you.

This product has made my life in the kitchen so much easier . It makes it so easy to deal with the mess after cutting vegetables . Have been using other Ecozoi products as well and they are all top class. Cannot recommend them enough. The quality of the product and packaging is top notch and the delivery was timely.

I have noticed some people have had a bad chopping board, but mine is perfectly made, the draws slide in and out easily, both of the greaters fit in the slot snuggly, and are easy to remove, and the whole board is easy to clean, the 4 silicone anti slip feet do their well.
