It helps better than other products, not as much as i hoped

My running shoes were starting to hurt and I do need a new pair but when I used them on a hiking trail my knees were in so much pain. I ordered these and walked on the same trail and no more pain. Running doesn’t hurt anymore and I’ll wait another month before getting a new pair of running shoes

I have a pair of Aetrex shoes that I really love, but cannot get them anymore. I got these inserts hoping to get the same feel from my shoes, but these inserts aren't as rigid as the original inserts that come in the shoes.

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis but still like to work out on a treadmill especially during the winter months. I've used these inserts in the past and find them helpful for the extra support. These inserts fit perfectly in my running shoes and once again, give me that support and comfort.
