Switching to the beeswax wraps puts you on a learning curve. When I first received my wraps I was a bit confused. I think they got too hot in shipment so the wraps were stuck together in a clump. I put them in the fridge and then later, took the time to sort of pry them apart. Afterward I folded them separately and stored them in the PLASTIC zip lock container that they came in. I was a bit thrown that they came in a PLASTIC container, since my purpose in buying was to avoid using plastic. I reported this in the feedback email that the Inspiratek representative sent me and they responded that they would look into not using plastic in the future- impressive. Anyway, I have used the wraps with several items and I am very happy so far with the results. They even look "cute" in my fridge with the bee motif. They work very well, are easy to seal and unseal and seem to keep my food very fresh. I have not had them long enough to rate their "durability" so I will report back. Once I use these for a while I will more than likely buy more as I continue my discontinuation of using plastic. I am grateful that these companies are providing us with great alternatives. I would absolutely recommend this product. Also, the straws are great- I have already transitioned to the SS straws so I will give those away. The produce bags are also great. I put them in my grocery bag each time I go shopping. I will probably buy more of these as well so I can have some in the crisper and extras for additional shopping.

The wraps aren't perfect but they do a good job as a sustainable alternative. I still have the box of plastic wrap I got in 2018 since I almost never use it anymore, thanks to these beeswax wraps. They do leak though so you have to watch out for that. I wrapped a pineapple cut in half with it and I had to put it on a plate so it wouldn't flood the fridge lol. Also it's cool that they came with the metal straws and the produce bags. The metal straws are very sturdy but since they're thin, they're not the best for smoothies and other thick liquids.

I bought this set mainly for the beeswax wraps, as I have been wanting to cut back on plastic wrap usage. The produce bags and stainless steel straws were just a bonus. The wax sheets are useless. They are sticky yet don't stay where you put them, even when you warm them first... isn't that the whole point??? Ugh. The produce bags are surprisingly useful. I didn't have any expectation about them. The mesh is small enough to hold quinoa and rice, and I don't end up with a bunch of plastic bags to throw away after a trip to the store. Yay for reusables! As for the straws, I threw them in the silverware drawer and haven't touched them since. They're too narrow for smoothies, which is pretty much the only reason I would use a straw. So, two out of three products were fails. I didn't try to return because I'd used everything... and I wanted to keep the produce bags. ;) Chalked it up to a paid trial use of the products.

These are super sticky at first but once you warm up with your hand you can peel apart and work wonderfully. I love using these than plastic baggies or aluminum as I’m trying to be eco friendly. Love that it comes with 3 sizes for different things. Also the fruit mesh bag is nice size and the 2 straws are also very eco friendly. Definitely need to get more of the food wraps.

The heat from shipping made the wraps stickier than others I’ve purchased. Just needed a wash and patience to unfold them. The straws were great, I’ve wanted some for a while. I’d purchase this again, but hopefully the summer heat won’t make them sticky again!

Love this product and that its environmentally friendly. It was a little sticky at first but after one wash it was fine. I use it for snacks and sandwiches. The stainless steel straws was a nice addition.

The beeswax dried up and came off the paper after just two uses. Followed all of the directions and it still came off. Love the reusable produce bags though

I was hoping that these wax wraps would last longer than they do. They work great at first, very sticky and they cling to bowls easily, however, the wax rubs off on other surfaces and leaves wax behind. Eventually they don't work as well because there isn't as much wax to do the job.
