Great energy, no jitters.
I do not follow the Herbalife plan, but this tea is my favorite way to get added energy without jitters of a big crash later. The only negative is the taste on its own isn't great. I add 4 oz of water and chug it down followed by a glass of water. It's not an awful taste, but I don't care for it either.
