NEW - (97-05) SUZUKI GSXR 600 Voltage Regulator Rectifier Assembly

Ordered late Monday night, arrived halfway across the country on Thursday. Correct plug for my '02 Hayabusa and bolt holes are in the right place. This unit is a bit beefier than the stock one and the stock attachment bolts aren't long enough but that's the only fly in the ointment. A trip to the auto parts store and .43 cents cured that, so not a big enough deal to affect my review. Would be nice of them to include them but for the price I won't complain. With a new battery reading 13 volts when the engine is off the unit reads 14.2 volts at the battery when idling and maintains the same voltage across the rpm range with little or no variance. I'm happy so far and would recommend this if you need a new rectifier. I can't speak to longevity yet, but if that becomes a problem I'll edit this or post another review.

Not sure what rating to give this item just yet. Ima say 5 stars for now. Installed it on April 8th it is charging battery at about 14volts. Will give better review a few months from now to see how long it last. Also if you buy this item make sure you have longer bolts than the factory. UPDATE less than 3months of using this rectifer it has started to melt at the plug now keep in mind this item is plug in play and also I don't ride everyday. Very disappointed in this product as well as the warranty/return process dealing with the seller. I also uploaded pics of the item and the bike so anyone knows its on a hayabusa. Im only giving it now 2 stars because Amazon has been a big help

Part was bought for my '99 Hayabusa, is bigger than the newer model. The model that came was actually a discontinued model by Suzuki, for a smaller one. But I did look it up, and for the price was a perfect buy. Installed and haven't had any issues with it yet. Will update reveiw once we get over this Hurricane Harvey issue and I get her out and riding.

First product arrived defective. After receiving second replacement product it worked ok for 4 months before failing. Don't waste your money here if you are looking for dependability.
