sometimes bigger is better!
I like to use these to cook several items at a time in my small oven. It fits well on the racks and will hole 4 pieces of fish or meat easily. the smaller pans work well but do not hold enough for those nights when you are cooking more than for 2. they are strong in spite of the size and are not flimsy when you take them out of the oven.
