No complaints, as described. Good quality and durable.
Use daily. Works well. I do not use the fan for cooling so no idea on that aspect, but is holds up to daily laptop use and setting up and taking down multiple times per day. I have bought 2 at this point over 3 years. So seem to last about 1.5 years of daily use before the joint gives out. I believe this is good quaity and value for the money. Will continue to buy this brand when the old one breaks. The height adjustment is very good for multiple levels and has a number feature to use to make sure everything is level and if you purchase a new one you can set it up to the exact settings of previous one. The design is stable and non-intrusive. Very easy to use. Highly recommend

It’s interesting & functional at the right price
It’s such a cool piece of work but not for me. It doesn’t work well on the couch. It’s cool though and functions well. I wish it worked for me but I sent it back. The price is great too. Quality and futuristic. Try it.

This is a great product and the adjustability has allowed me to use ...
This is a great product and the adjustability has allowed me to use it for multiple purposes, not just a laptop tray. I purchased the Pwr+ Portable Laptop-Table-Stand with Mouse Pad as a tool to assist me in recovering from an upper back injury so that I could read books hands free or use my laptop. My 17” laptop fits with 2-3 inches to spare. I have used this product for about 3 months and I found this to be far more helpful than advertised or expected. This is a sturdy but lightweight aluminum tray with adjustable aluminum legs. The extension/Mouse pad can be easily added or removed. The extension pad is about 6.5” x 6.5”. The fan casing (located under the tray) are small so they do not interfere with your lap when the legs are set at lower levels. I do not use the fans. The tray comes with a one page diagram that shows multiple configuration settings for the tray complete with the degree of angle for each section, this is a keeper and very helpful especially at first. Instructions are very simple. When the tray is not in use, it folds down very flat, 2.5 inches, making it very portable and easy to store when not in use. The mouse pad is separate, and there is not a way to safely and securely store the mouse pad with the tray when neither are in use. I would recommend a pouch or some kind of clip to store the mouse pad with the tray when the tray is fully collapsed and tucked in a closet standing on one side. The legs are highly adjustable which has allowed me to use this tray table in a variety of ways, such as the following: traditional laptop tray, holds or props up a book to be read hands free, as a small table to hold beverage and timer while working out on Nordic Trak or treadmill. Helps with sitting or standing ergonomically as I have used it as a keyboard/mouse tray while the laptop was elevated on a different table. Adjusting the legs is easy, press the button and move the leg section until it clicks. There are markings on the button that make it easy to line up each leg section of both sides of the table to the same angle to ensure a flat surface for the tray area. Since each section of the legs adjust independently, I am able to get a flat tray table even if the chair or bed are not level. It did take a little practice to figure out what degree of angle works for the various positions I wanted, but once I got used to it, the process of changing the positions went faster. Since I have multiple uses for this tray, how long it takes to change positions is a little more important to me than if it only had 1-2 uses. The leg adjustments are easy, but I found it requires both hands for each leg section. If the setting is not correct, you will have to take the laptop / book off, readjust the legs and try again. I have not found a way to adjust the legs on both sides at the same time. Adjustments are easy, just not very quick. Mouse pad is a little on the small side, just under the size of the average square rubber mouse pad. The mouse pad is easy to add or remove and can be left or right handed. The product picture shows the mouse pad hanging a little lower than the tray, if installed as instructed. However for me, I kept hitting the bolt on the mounting bracket with my thumb as I used the mouse. So I turned the mounting bracket upside down. This will put the mounting bolt under the mouse pad and at the same time raises the mouse pad to just under a half inch above the tray. This works for me, but I personally would prefer that the mouse pad area be level with the tray area. My work around also causes a small gap between the mouse pad and the tray. Just use your favorite rubber mouse pad on top and all is good. I would also like to see the mouse pad be just a bit bigger and more rectangle shape, long side with the tray area. The current width is fine, as this would allow for even more uses. The mouse pad bolt can be adjusted to make the mouse pad be at the same or different angle than the tray. The edge of the tray that holds the laptop on the tray is about 1 inch tall and is a much needed feature, however my laptop and separate keyboard are not as thick as the edge so after a while the edge is a bit uncomfortable on my wrist or arm. I would to see this be more comfortable, maybe a rounded edge would work? In any case really like the product and I have multiple uses for this tray.

Love it.
Update: 6/1/15, one of the joints snapped and now it's garbage :( I loved this thing, but I have a pretty heavy gaming laptop and after a year it was just too much for it to handle. I wish it was more heavy duty. I'll browse for another model that is stronger and will last longer, but I still definitely recommend this thing. I even bought one for my mother! If anyone knows about a heavy duty model please let me know! To start off, my laptop is heavy, almost 10 pounds. It's a gaming laptop, and those tend to run hot, so a smart method to keep temperatures down and prolong the life of your GPU is to take the bottom cover off and place the computer on a tray with a fan. I've tried a couple of trays that sit on the lap, and you can imagine that a 10 pound computer, plus a tray, will start to feel heavy after a while, and even start to hurt, depending on how long your sessions are. This tray/stand solves that problem completely! Not only does this unit have a double fan that blows UP and into your computer to help keep it cool, it takes all the weight off of your lap. And since the legs are completely adjustable, you can use it in any number of situations, be it on a couch, a chair (granted there's space for the legs), the floor, or on a bed. Especially on a bed, actually... In fact, if you're injured, or just super lazy (like me), you can actually tilt it to be used when completely lying down. In addition, when the adjustable legs are folded up completely, it can be used on a table or desk like a normal ole cooling pad. Once you get the hang of adjusting the hinges, it's generally easy to use, and comes with plenty of easy instructions on how to get the legs into the right position that you need. The adjustable legs are metal and feel strong, and even though the hinges are mostly plastic, it still feels pretty sturdy under the weight of the computer and your hands. The adjustment buttons depress inward, so there's no protruding levers or buttons that stick out or catch on anything. Also, the buttons "lock" with the weight of a computer, making it impossible to accidentally fold a leg and cause an expensive crash. For the few extra cents, I chose to buy the extra tray that clips onto the side, because why not. The tray clips into the center of the tray, and I wish that it was adjustable and able to slide up and down the side of the tray, but as of now, I only really use it to keep my power and Ethernet cords clear of my mouse area, which is an extra little bonus. My one complaint is that I wish the "lip" on the bottom of the tray was a bit taller, since when I would tilt the stand up to a steeper angle, the computer would pop up over the lip and slip off the front. However, to counteract this dilemma, included with the tray are two plastic pieces that can slide onto the lip, which effectively keep the computer on the tray with no problems! You can slide them anywhere on the front to keep them out of your way. Also, my computer is huge and actually goes beyond the back edge of the tray, and if the tray isn't tilted forward (towards the user) my computer will slide off the back of the tray. This isn't a problem for me because I'd always have it tilted forward anyway, and I don't think I'd ever even use it flat. Tilting the tray back would be anti-ergonomic for typing... and also stupid. So... lap cool? Check. Computer cool? Check. Weight off your lap? Check. Great product? Absolutely. Would I buy it again? Definitely It may not be for everybody, but I hope my review helps you in your decision for a great computer stand!

This table makes laptop working comfortable. Easily adjustable to different positions and must if one had difficulty watching laptop in one position due to backpain.

The number of ways this stand can be set-up is wonderful; it also allows me to have a 98% clear desk to continue working, as it sits at right angles to my main desktop with 7" of height clearance for paperwork beneath it. It arrived quickly and is beyond my expectations...wish I'd had the idea long ago. It's black metal (not plastic). I also like the metal inset pivot-buttons which allow for easy & fast manipulation of the legs/height/angles. A real treat.

The ledge is too short and my laptop nearly slipped off. It is also not very stable- wobbly. Buyer beware!
