I just have my front desk print a dozen of these and cut it in four's at a time. Save a lot of money buying the pre-printed pads and can use it for the different doctors in my office.

When deciding on an alternative to script pads for our providers, I came across this paper. We have used it for several weeks now and no issue with our patient filling prescriptions. Of course, it is only used as a backup to electronic script written, but well worth the cost. Will buy again.

This package of 500 blank prescription sheets arrived in the worst shape I've ever experienced with these. The box was beat up, which didn't matter until I opened the box to find the cellophane had been completely torn off, and several pages were bent and turned the wrong way, which made me wonder if some had been taken out. I cannot believe it was received in this shape. Normally, very happy with the product and delivery.
