There is a hole cut in the left ear to allow for the small hole on the top of the phone that I think is the second microphone. I thought it was a defect at first but the picture on the buy page has that same cut. It makes the left ear look kinda weird (as seen in the picture). Other than that, it's a great case, soft and rubbery and cute :)

Got it for a cat mom and she loves it. Plus it does protect the phone too
