I purchased this back brace posture corrector because I’ve been feeling like I needed some extra support for my shoulders and lower back, especially after long hours at my desk. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and I’m really impressed! I wasn’t sure what to expect, so I started with just 5 minutes a day, slowly increasing it every other day. Now I’m comfortably wearing it for 30 minutes, and it feels really good, like it’s gently reminding me to sit and stand straighter without forcing anything. I like that it's comfortable and adjustable; it fits snugly without digging into my arms or back. The material is breathable, which is great since I often wear it under a loose tee. This product works fairly well. It's not incredibly stiff down the back so if you need something with robust support, this one may not be for you. In my case, I just needed something to remind me to stand upright while on my feet all day. It gives me enough resistance to throughout the day to do just that. I'm just over 6ft. tall, weight about 180. I first bout the large size but it was a little too small a fit. I bought the extra large and returned the first one with no problems. Refund was quick. It's a good product at a fair price. I wear it daily and it seems to be helping.

I don't know how to feel about this. So using it after a while it feels like it is definitely pulling my shoulders back and correcting posture. Adjustment wise, there is a lot for various sizes of people, but i find that you want it tight for the best results. After eating it can be tight too. It does get a bit sweaty, depending on what you have on. It seems to work but also tends to feel a bit useless sometimes. I took a break but upon writing this, I'll start it back up. it does need regular use.

I have just had 2 days of spine fusion surgery with a titanium cage for my spine all the way down from T-8 to the tip of my spine. I then had a bad fall, overbalancing from trying to pick up our lovebird off the hardwood floor, and 8 weeks out from surgery, I'm in more pain from the fall than I was after surgery. The hospital had provided a heavy-duty back brace that worked very well initially and which my surgeon's assistant wanted me to wear again after my fall. I tried but I was just in too much pain with the hospital brace's metal spine support. Also I don’t think it gave me as much shoulder/upper back posture support as I need. This back brace from Amazon is amazing. It is really well constructed, has metal supports (I'm guessing) in the central spine area, but is comfortably padded and beautifully designed. The shoulder straps are wider than on my hospital brace and give a firm but gentle tug to my shoulders to keep them back and to remind me to stand up straight. It all secures really well with Velcro, but make sure you get the right size for you. (I'm 6' 4", 230 lbs, and got an XXL.) Best of all, the brace is so comfortable you can wear it for hours, aware of its subtle "reminders" to your back, and not feel like you've been tortured. It's really comfortable, it gives my spine noticeable support, and I feel better with it on. You can wear this over a T-shirt, under a hoodie, under a blazer, pretty much with anything. I haven't checked it out with my surgeon or physical therapist yet, but if they have any serious comments I'll update the review. I totally recommend this back brace. It also came in under 24 hours, which was fantastic given the pain from my fall.

At $8, the saying you get what you pay for never has been more true. If it works it works, if not I guess next time I get a better one. Product is quite flimsy and looks cheesy, comes with no instructions how to use it, I guess you have to use your imagination. The waist part is easier to figure out, the shoulder part not so.
