Great pants for any occupation or occasion.
These have unequivocally become my favorite pants. They can be worn dressed up or casual, for work or a night on the town. The description is incorrect and they are a combination of polyester, cotton and spandex. I purchased my pants from Grivet. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. They respond immediately with any questions and provide any answers quickly . Dickies offers an incredible warranty on All of their products after the Amazon return window has expired. So don’t worry if you have zipper or any other problems. They will make it right and do so easily. I suggest you size up 1 size . They sit slightly below the waist. The darker colors may seem tight at first but that is because of the color. Darker colors are stiff from the dye process. I have found after several washes, they loosen up quite a bit. I have only put them in the dryer on low or air dried. The value is incredible and fit is extremely comfortable. The quality is great, soft, comfortable, functional, and durable.,These are skinny straight pants but not too skinny with plenty of flex and room. Last purchase was the olive green and they fit perfectly even after washing. If you are looking for pants without a high waist, I highly recommend these. I skate, bike , and wear them out casually. The pocket for a phone or wallet is convenient and easy to access. Overall, I have to give them 5 stars. Amazon shipped them quickly, Grivet has great customer service, and Dickies backs all of their products with their warranty. I am pleased with the 3 pairs I purchased and plan to purchase other colors.

Dickies Double Knee Work Pants
Solid work pants with good durability. They fit me well, as a skinny tall dude! I've worn these pants regularly for work and overall, I am impressed. The double-knee holds up well. I love the green color. I would recommend. At $19.99, they are a steal!

Dedicated Buyer - Regardless of Wear
These are designed to be work pants. As such, I wear them as part of my uniform. I work in a busy Starbucks drive thru and can say that these perfectly fit my agenda in terms of dress code. The twill fabric feels nice and solid, and the 1% spandex in the fabric allows for free range of movement. The Skinny Straight fit is not only modern, but looks really good. It's also very comfortable, and is the biggest reason why I buy them in this cut. The double knee has also been a lifesaver once the fabric in the knee wears. My biggest issue with these pants is the fact that they don't age quite well. When they are new, they are solid; the polyester gives them a nice sturdy feel. After several months of wear and wash, they begin to fade, shrink slightly at the ankles, and lose the sturdiness of the polyester and begin to feel like pre-softened cotton. Regardless, I have continued to purchase and re-purchase these pants because of the fit, style, and durability (while it lasts). Although the pants, once aged, do not feel the same, I still preserve them for their durability. The fit may shrink slightly and they become thinner and fade, but they do not tear quite easily. Your mileage may vary depending on frequency of wear and wash cycle. Photo 1 - New Pants Photo 2 - Collection of all my used pants (proof of my loyalty and favoritism) Photo 3 - Side by side comparison of a new, unworn pant vs work pant after 1 year of solid use [amount of shrink visible at ankles] Photo 4 - Back side of pants - most wear is at the seat Photo 5 - All old pants - most wear shown to be at the knees, but double layer fabric avoids tears

Size up 1 for the waist
DO NOT PUT THESE IN THE DRYER! Honestly if you want them to last longer you should just hang them up to dry anyways but, if you must put them in the dryer do it on a low heat tumble.of 20 minute cycles. Definitely size up not sure they usually run true to size but I'm a 30 x 30 for a long time.. and these just don't fit .. not a fit acceptable and comfortable to work in atleast. Honestly you get free returns and or exchanges on Amazon so I'd say size up 1 for the waist and if it's not right you can return it ... But my experience and word of advice is to size up 1 for the waist length on is on point. Great pants though. Great solid brand. Great for construction and maintenance work .

Dickies Work Pants? More Like Put Me To Work In The Club Sheer Tights.
What a disappointment. What happened to the Dickies quality? I know they have always been the more economical brand compared to Carhartt but this is not even close to the dickies I grew up with. I'm fine with the skinny straight being in style but these are almost purely skinny with little straightening out. In fact they look like baseball pants with the little bit taper along with how see through these are! If you want everyone to have a good look at what brand and style of undies your wearing or not wearing well then you are in luck! It's almost laughable that a thong or jock strap are probably your best options for wearing these without someone seeing through. The only problem then is when you stretch down and someone getting a look at the whale tail you'll inevitably be rocking. It's almost like the perceived comfort and softness is just code for cheap thin fabric with the double knees adding no additional support on-top of the fact that they are sown end to end so they dont allow for padding. Add to that with even sizing up 4x my normal work pant to compensate for the skinny style they still just stretch over and shape me like I'm wearing tights! Its almost like these are part of the same run of baseball pants everyone was complaining about being see through under the big lights but all you have to do is step outside if you want someone to know your business.
