Prego Homestyle Alfredo Pasta Sauce, 22 oz Jar

I find thus pasta sauce to be a perfect base for added spices and herbs

I had this with chicken and penne pasta which was good. I also had some left over spaghetti noodles so I paired it with salmon which I liked too.I just spoon out a few tablespoons from the jar onto the noodles and microwave (reheat) the noodles and meat on low for a few minutes which makes for a quick meal anytime I have left-over noodles and meat from a different meal.Update - I tried the Classico Alfredo sauce because this one was out of stock. I gave it 2 stars. I'm patiently waiting for Prego to get stocked.

I like the flavors of this sauce only thing I do is a sprinkle of pink salt and some pepper meal complete.

you can use this on anything...pasta, chicken, veggies and if you don't use it all, it lasts in your frig for a long time. It has a good flavor but is very salty. I occasionally only use a few tbs for flavoring but I have also added some chicken broth with no salt added to lower the sodium per serving amt.

I made shrimp and spinach alfredo. It was a hit.

Better than trying to make gravy

One jar was completely smashed. I was happy it was wrapped up at least it didn’t leak all over. I had to throw it away.
