Not much information in this book.
This book is almost the same book as "All You Need to Know About Mega Millions and Powerball" in which the author reviews lottery books that he thinks are scams. I think having the same book out under two titles (and not cheap either) is a scam. The author has another book out under another name called "The Red Book" which he says is a parody of the lottery system in "The Black Book" which he hates, so his book while being sold as a lottery system is useless. I would suggest buying only one of these (NOT "The Red Book").

Proper logical advice based on decent research
Lottery players expecting to find a wonder method to increase their chances to win the Lottery will be utterly disappointed.Basically the author examines flaws in the existing lottery strategies, claiming none of them will increase your chances.I do follow the logic of the author, however it would have been nice if the author would have run simulations on existing lottery results versus the systems he examined and print the results in a graph.Only then the author would be able to fully prove his point. If someone makes a certain statement (in this case: no lottery strategy can increase your chances), only making a logical statement without publicising a proper empirical practical examination will fail to impress people who think otherwise. Of course this would have made the book considerable thicker and more expensive. If lotto results are truly random, not one lottery strategy can increase your chances except for playing more combinations to increase your chances. But even then their remains doubt when it comes to combinatorial probabilities: for instance, if one consideres only two consecutive lottery drawings... would it increase your chances if you do not play the numbers that came up in the previous drawing. Although each Lottery result is fully independent, statistics would show that it is unlikely that 2 or even 3 numbers would repeat. Hence, this would suggest one could at least slightly improve his chances by not playing less likely combinations. This book would have been more interesting if the author would have included the results of lotto strategy theories versus playing them on simulations. For the rest this is a very readable book, clearly structured and with good advice why authors claiming to have developed some kind of wonder method are deceiving not only their readers but also themselves.

save your money
Save your money, folks, it just tells you that there is no winning strategy, and nothing works. Waste of time even reading this.
