One was a little sad and in poor condition but it’s come back round after a bit of tlc

Plants arrived early looking nice and healthy with a care guide that says on the front I'm happy to see you! The guide tells you some plants may be feeling a liitle tired after their journey and not to worry. With a sip of water and some light they will soon perk up again. I was so happy I told a work colleague about my plants and gave them your details so they could also buy a set of these gorgeous smelling herbs. Even the delivery person was happy that day. These plants are perfect for spreading happiness.

Soil in two of the four items was very dry, leading to pots emptying during postage and roots being exposed. I was able to rescue one of them but it still looks in poor condition. The other completely wilted within days and had to be thrown out. These were expensive compared to local purchases (such as B&Q or supermarkets) but were of a much lower quality and smaller in size.

Was a little unsure about purchasing as of some reviews but very pleased. All four plants in great condition and very good size. Packaged well. Thank you

The plants appeared in good condition when they arrived. I did notice that the lavender plant has a slightly white bubbly appearance to its stems, but there are different types of lavender so I didn't think much of it A short while later, and I thought the plant was dropping an awful lot of pollen, as there were hundreds of tiny flecks on the window sill all around it. Fast forward a short while, and I realise the horrifying truth - thousands upon thousands of little bugs, look like fruit flies, have been hatching from those white 'bubbles', and I am not exaggerating when I say thousands! I've never known anything like it, it felt apocalyptic and sent me into a full on panic attack. Many had already died - hence the black spots I'd mistaken from a distance as fallen pollen, but many were still alive. The plant was sat on a 2 metre long window ledge, and the entire ledge from end to end was covered in them, both sides of the window were covered in them, from top to bottom, the plant pot was covered in them, and there was still an abundance of white bubbles left to hatch more. I threw the plant away immediately. I killed and cleaned away as many of the little bugs as I could, but still on a daily basis I find more that were still on the window unspotted have died and fallen to the ledge. I wonder if some have moved to hide in the other three plants, which I've kept for now but may also need to throw away if this continues. Absolutely horrifying experience.

To bury ,that’s what I was brought up to do, 84 plus years ago. I’ve learnt over the years plants like their roots covered, that is my tip of the day.

Han llegado perfectas y bien empaquetadas.

Tuve algún inconveniente con el día de entrega, pero no con el producto. Lo único, que salvo el Laurel, el resto son bastante pequeñas.

Me gusto todo escepto que la mini plantita viniese tan mal.Espero y deseo que la próxima compra venga en mejor estado. He comprado unas flores preciosas.
