I’ve been taking the Nutravita High Strength Calcium Magnesium Zinc and Vitamin D Supplement for a couple of weeks now, and I’m definitely seeing some positive results. The combination of calcium (800mg), magnesium, and zinc is perfect for supporting bone health, and the addition of Vitamin D3, Copper, Manganese, Boron, and Selenium really enhances the overall benefits for my bones, skin, muscles, and teeth.The tablet size is a bit large, but it's easy to swallow with water, and I love that I get a full year’s supply in just one bottle. I’ve felt a boost in my energy levels and general well-being since starting these, and I think it’s made a difference in how my joints feel, too.

Quick delivery. The product works for me. The capsules are very large, but you can cut or break them in half. It's a years supply inthe large jam size jar.

These tablets are very easy to swallow, which is not often the case with calcium tablets which tend to be on the larger side. I like that you get good NRV levels with 2 tablets per day. Good combination of essential minerals in this supplement.

Very good quality and very fast delivery highly recommended

While I've been taking these calcium magnesium tablets for a month, I haven't observed any noticeable differences or benefits yet. As others have pointed out, the tablet size is quite large, making it difficult to swallow two at once. Given my calcium deficiency, I was hoping for some improvement within this timeframe, but unfortunately, I haven't experienced any yet.
