I dont normally bother with reviews but have been using one a day since august and it has really helped. I read that multi b vits can help support the 'gut brain' axis, reducing IBS flare-ups and I have to say that this has def worked for me. It takes about a month to really kick in but honestly after taking for just a week I felt calmer, slept like a log and felt less stressed (im a teacher so it is a stressed out job!) B12 is especially good at recolonising good gut bacteria, much better than bio yoghurts and gut supplements. Vit Bs are not usually popular cos they can taste 'yeasty' but this doesn't. I took it with Omega 3 and vita min C. Has been a bit of a life-changer in 3 months. So Buy it and help your gut xxx

I found many vitamin b tablets big so wanted to find smaller ones. Easier to swallow so happy with the purchase.

I love this product! I didn’t realise how much it did for me until I ran out. It definitely helps me with mood. It gives me a little boost. I’ll know how much it’s actually helping soon, as I’ll be having a blood test tomorrow. It is quite a big round tablet so may not be easy for all to swallow and your wee is a bright colour. Great value for money.

Would of given higher if the expiry date wasn't so short. 3months supply. Started taking straight away takes me into October. Expiry date October 2025.
