It made improvements in bathroom visits during the day and helped with full night sleeping. With certain physical conditions this is one of the best things I’ve tried. Will continue using.

the product is just a supplement with no ideal taste. I haven't finish the bottle yer. I would suggest dramatic reduction of coffee, alcohol, red meat. Small quantities of chicken and fish . Exercise! Now you will say "what is left!". Unless somebody wants to go to the surgery table! I will update in the future.
