I've been using Breathe Right Strips for years...decades even. And in my mind, they are still the absolute best that the industry has to offer. I've tried many other brands in an attempt to get a better quality strip or to find something that was as good but perhaps a little cheaper. But I've been unable to do so, and really it's not even close. Breathe Right remains the King. I definitely don't get as good of a night's sleep without these. While again, I've tried other strips, these promote the best sleep. And I love the lavender scent combined with the 50% extra strength. I like the lavender and I like the extra 50%. They can be a little tricky to remove from the nose if you have thin or sensitive skin in that area. If that ever happens to me, I try to put a little piece of Kleenex or something on the sensitive area before I apply the strip at night. And I always wash my nose before I put the strip on just to make sure I have good adhesion. I have recommended these to everybody I know. Most people, for whatever reason, are resistant to try them. I feel like these would help pretty much everybody sleep better. If you're not using them, buy a box and try them for a few weeks. See if you don't notice that you get a better night's sleep. I'd be surprised if you didn't. My dad happens to be an ENT. Despite being a doctor, I don't think he knew much about these early on--I mean they don't require a prescription or anything. But after a few years, he started recommending Breathe Right strips to his patients. He recommended them to me, although I was already using them though LOL! But I think he recommends them to people for snoring. Personally, I like them just because I feel like I sleep and breathe so much better when I use them. Does it help my storing? Maybe a little. I feel like I would definitely snore more without them. This is one of the absolute best products available here on Amazon. Highly recommended!

I think these work wonderfully i can feel my breathing improve within seconds of puttin it on, the 1 flaw with this product is how painful they r to take off, but thats actually pretty understandable if u really want em to stick especially all night while ur sleeping

The product is ok. I could barely smell the vicks. They stick really well. You should use water to peel them off

Even after sinus surgery, I get so much nasal congestion I can’t breathe when I sleep. These open my sinuses enough to get a good night sleep. The glue is strong enough to make it thru the night but as far as I can tell my skin is undamaged.

TLDR: It works in controlling your snoring sometimes, but not always. Other than that the light lavender fragrance is pleasant and the adhesive is of good quality and sticks to your skin very well and it's not too difficult to get rid of it as well. I snore when I sleep which caused problems for my roommate because well I was too loud! and when I wake up, I would have a runny nose because I wouldn't have breathed through my nose(if you've runny nose when you wake up this might be one of the reason), so I decided to try nasal strips and I requested samples from Breathe Right in which I got 2 nasal strips. The first night when I used the nasal strip, I observed a few things, 1. My roommate told me I was not snoring, I was happy to hear this. 2. I did not have a runny nose in the morning. So, I was happy that both the problems were solved. Then again the night after this, I wore the nasal strips again, and surprisingly the results were different. 1. I was still snoring :( 2. I had no runny nose issues in the morning After this, I thought maybe I wore the nasal strips wrong the second night and decided to order a pack of Breathe Right Nasal Strips and after more than 2 weeks of use and based on the feedback I got from my roommate, looks like I'm continuing to snore at times, not always though. I have even tried Instaclear Extra-Strength Nasal Strips and they were very harsh on my skin compared to Breathe Right and the former was extremely uncomfortable as well. So, here's my take on Breathe Right Nasal Strips 1. Level of Confort when worn: Good (It's still uncomfortable to have something sticking on your nose while sleeping but it's not that bad) 2. Fragrance: Very mild and soothing I love it 3. Adhesive: Stays intact to the skin and doesn't cause any itchiness 4. Help in reducing snoring: It's a hit and miss 5. Help in keeping your nose clear: works all the time

I have trouble with snoring and I wore these for a few nights. My husband said I did not snore. I will be using these in the future because they certainly helped. They also stuck really well.I definitely would recommend these to try to help stop snoring!

These transformed me from snoring like a truck driver to purring like a kitten (that's what my boyfriend says). The lavender scent makes me think/believe I'm calmer too. The only thing I don't like is the sticky residue I feel like it leaves in the morning, but I think that makes it stick to my nose ALL NIGHT LONG!!! They are so easy to put on. There was only one night that I put it too high on my nose, and that made it super uncomfortable. That was user error and had nothing to do with the product. Definitely worth it!!

My husband did a deviated septum surgery so he’s grateful for me introducing this product to him, he tried another brand but this is the best as it sticks well and helps him in breathing well while sleeping. He says that the lavender did not do a great difference tho so he prefers the original one.
