Polar USA Unisex FT7F Red/Orange Watch

I love this polar. It exceeds the expectations I had after having bought and returned other brands. Does exactly what I need, and is easy to program, start, review, etc. Fast easy set-up. I love the zoning, fat burn, aerobic zone with alarms to help me stay on track! Not to mention it breaks down my caloric burn in mentioned zones.Heart Rate monitors USA here on amazon has done a great job following up on my purchase, I highly recommend their business as well. Shipping time, on time, quality of product and price can't be beat!With the polar, the one thing that was not ideal was I had to download the manual in pdf format to have specific instructions for certain (non-basic) features. The watch comes with a quick start/basic guide, which refers you to polar.com for full manual. Not too big of a deal considering if you're ordering online, or reviewing you obviously have access to a computer, but I guess I like the "old-fashioned' user manual available, with out having to print my own! And if that is my only complaint...I say this is a GREAT watch!

Glad I spent the money on this, it takes the guess work out of how many calories you have burned! It is also motivating during workouts to keep up the intensity.I haven't had any problems with it functioning. I do wet down the strap under my chest before every workout and disconnect the unit from the chest belt when I'm done so it stops transmitting to save on battery life. I'm petite and the strap tightens up just fine for me. These are issues I had read about when researching a heart rate monitor and coming across this one.I was worried that it would take time to get used to having it strapped on and that the transmitter would feel bulky. Not a problem at all. It slips right under the band of my sports bras and I wasn't even aware of it the first time I used it.Glad I bought this!**UPDATE June 2015-- Still loving this heart rate monitor. Finally wore out the battery in the watch and it was easy to find at a local box store and easy to replace in the watch. Works perfectly once again.

This is my new favorite toy! I love using it when I workout. I usually do workout DVDs including interval and strength training. It gives me a great idea of how hard I'm working and the best ways to be effective. Allows me to track my progress and stay within a healthy heart rate zone.Color is so fun. Chest band is very comfortable, I don't even notice it's on. Easy to take care of.Would absolutely recommend it!

I received this in good time as promised, in great condition. I love the way it looks and the colors. The strap is much improved from older versions - very comfortable to wear and very easy to get a signal and keep a steady signal. The Heart Rate function works great, and I like that it saves my workouts. My last (older) Polar seemed easier to navigate through the menus and find what I wanted - but maybe it's just me not having learned this one yet so I don't remember which button to push. The buttons also seem harder to push on this watch. The watch band is harder plastic than my old one, so it retains a round shape and takes a bit longer to put on/take off. If I'm in a hurry, that slows me down (very minor inconvenience).

This watch is fantastic. It does everything I need it to do and more. I decided to go with this model vs the p4 for the simple fact it just had more options for me to choice from. I workout and run daily so it's nice to have something that keeps my hr fat burned and calories without much effort on my end. Also I have gotten many compliments on how stylish it looks- not that it really matters but it helps. I am a small woman and was nervous that the belt wouldn't fit me properly. My last one was to big even at the smallest setting. However this one works perfectly. It adjusts and fits very snugly. This was a great buy and I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about working out and keeping track of it.

Disappointing!!! This is my second Polar heart rate monitor. This first one was trouble-free, but this one is unreliable. About half the time, it is unable to register the heart rate. I replaced the battery, thinking that it was a battery problem, but the problem continues. Frustrated!

Awesome little gadget that helps you keep accurate recording of heart rate and calories burned. If you want to do cardio and free yourself from the gym prison, then this is your ticket. If you plan on improving your cardio endurance, then this is a must-have tool. I also use it to keep track of how many calories I burn when hiking. I haven't compared a ton of heart rate monitors, but it seems to be fairly accurate, helpful, always gets a signal, and even tells the time too.

love this watch, i dont use it very often (sometimes I dont feel like wearing the chest strap) but it works great and I feel like it delivers an accurate heart rate count as well as calories burned. Pretty easy to use.

I was looking for a basic HRM because I am not a runner (no need for GPS, mileage, etc.). I like the FT7 because I also bought the FlowLink Interface which downloads all my data to my computer in a few seconds.

I love all the features and everything but after 1 month of using, I kept getting this annoying error msg on the screen at the middle of an exercise, saying the watch and sensor have lost connection. It still happens once in a while, let's say one out of four workout session!

easy to use, and to know if i burn some fat or if i improve my shape !!!it's good for fitness !!!
