Works good and easy to program once you really figure it out

It's good for what we need it

This is pretty cheap. have had it for 2 years and it died this morning for good. for the past year you could barely see the screen, had to use the key to open the cash drawer nearly every transaction. the dividers were also always getting change under them and making the drawer stuck. This was just cheaply made and the screen is not hardy enough for even a small coffee shop. The software is ok... just the machine cant handle daily use. I should have replaced it after one year, it limped along for two, but this morning the screen has so many lines in it, you cant see what you are doing at all.....

So far the register is pretty easy to get programmed however, the printer will not power up or work. The manual doesn't address the actual connecting process of the the printer.

The register is good, but I have now purchased three different barcode scanners, including the one the Royal guy told me was the only one that would work with this register, and NONE of them have worked. I just opened a small clothing boutique and I don't have the extra money to just throw around. When I first bought it they said it doesn't come with a receipt printer, so bought one. When it showed up, it had a printer so I had to return the one I bought. And now I have to wait for a 4th scanner and pray that this one works so I can actually get the register up and running.

Ordered on March 1 and the first register arrived March 5 with a defective barrel for the Z/Manager key. Returned to seller March 6 and replacement arrived March 20 with a drawer that would not consistently open. Requested refund from seller and shipped back March 26. April 11 I received a full refund. The price drew me to the TS1200MW and the ads indicated it would do what I needed. However the design and quality of the register left much for improvement. The array of power, data and drive connections could have been designed better.
