I've been cutting my own hair for about 15 years, and have tried almost every brand of clippers on the market. The hair cutting process is so smooth and efficient. The quality of the cut looks like I paid for a high end trim at the barber.Very, very easy to use. It just glides across your hair.So while the clippers are top notch, the vacuum component is what REALLY sets these off!!! This should set the standard for how ALL clippers are made!!! It's super brilliant.While you're cutting your hair, instead of it getting all over your clothes, all over your sink/floor or whatever room you're doing your hair in, barely ANY hair gets on anything.Just a few whispies come off but easily 95-99% of the hair is vacuumed up into the little compartment on the machine, which is super fast and easy to empty and has a good capacity.I find that I only have to empty it probably once, maybe twice max when I give myself a full haircut.Due to the built-in vacuum technology, you can cut your hair or trim your facial hair RIGHT before you go somewhere (e.g. right before you head to work) without any worry about a major clean up whatsoever.You can even cut your hair AFTER taking your shower, if you want to!With all the other clippers I've ever owned until now, I had to strip down when I'd cut my hair or wear a cape because hair would get stuck in my clothes.Then there would be a big clean up job and had to take a shower to get all the hair off my neck, face and body. Well, thanks to this BRILLIANT unit? NOT ANYMORE!!!Totally life-changing. I used these vacuumed clippers today and they worked great, just as I hoped they would. I keep the hair on my head short, using clippers about once a week. I was hoping the suction on these were strong enough to lift my hairs up into the clipper blade and it does. I've cut my routine into a quarter with these. They did catch all the hair in the compartment. I did try them on my face and the front of my neck, be careful because they pinched my neck and I started bleeding. This has never happened with my other clippers. The cord is long so I'm happy about that.

I now have two vacuum shavers, the first being the Vacutrim and now the new Remington. There's nothing wrong with the Vacutrim other than a small reservoir, which will not take more than couple of strokes to fill. The Remington solves that issue with a large robust reservoir. I can trim my beard and my head and still not fill the vacuums container. The Remington is very light, but very good at its only job; removing hair!

Have had this trimmer several months and it’s totally worth it. My husband can trim his hair/beard how ever often he likes and in just a few minutes and no loose hair clean up afterwards.

This product is just too perfect. It lasts you for years. It has so many trims. And best of all no hair flying all over. It’s clean. I love it.

got this for my bf and it works very well. there hasn’t been hair around the sink since we got it. he has really long thick hair, and it still manages to catch it all. plus, it’s super easy to empty and click back in!

This is not the Remington you've grown fond of. My old trimmer from 2016 just died. Well, it works, but it has to be plugged in now. I ordered a new one on Amazon, and since the old one lasted over 8 years, I just threw the box away and kept going.Now that I'm examining it, this is made with much cheaper materials and plastic. Worse yet, there's no battery! The old version lasted a long time without charging but this is a corded model. They've really started getting cheap with their products. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my husband because of the mess that would be left over after shaving. He did his due diligence with trying to keep things cleaned up but there was always facial hair in random spots around our bathroom sink. He sent me a video showing how well it was sucking up the facial hair and I figured it was a good idea to showcase that capability. So far, he loves it, and it does a nice close cut that if you were in a pinch and couldn’t do a clean shave cut you could absolutely pass as looking presentable in public. He mentioned that after four months of weekly use he could declare it his best trimmer to date. It collects a lot of facial hair, but let’s be honest, it won’t catch it all it’s just how it goes. He also mentioned that he hasn’t experienced a ton of pulling from the trimmer like he has experienced in the past. So far so good with this trimmer. The less mess is best!
