This is a great concept really it is, however I could not give it 5 stars. Yes its affordable compared to other anti snore devices. Yes it sounds great that you have a nice little filter to make the air you breath better and cleaner. But let me be honest, it was really uncomfortable to sleep with. I ended up half way through the night taking it off. I tried it for 14 days thinking maybe I would get more use to it as I slept. But that was not the case. I do believe I was breathing better and the air did smell cleaner, this anti snore device did not help me not snore. I still snored but only a little quieter according to my husband. Not like a freight train more like a semi truck. I may have been able to get over the discomfort if I thought my husband was getting a better sleep and not having to hear me snore all night. But that was just not the case. It does come with a very nice little carry case in case you travel or to store it. It is not sexy by any means I mean it looks ridiculous. I really wanted and wished this had worked.

These soft silicone rubber inserts were effective, comfortable, and relatively inconspicuous, They particularly help when my allergies to dust and pollen limit breathing through my nose due to tissue swelling. I have been told that I still snore abruptly at times when sleeping on my back, which I guess is due to occasional mouth-breathing and tongue slippage, but even that is much less frequent when using the Snore Relieve. They do a good job making it feel like your nose isn't pressing against the bone so more air passes through. There is a noticeable difference with and without. They feel comfortable inside the nostrils.The little band that connects the two pieces can be felt touching your skin just outside your nose, but it's not painful or an irritant. You will notice it though at times.While I'm awake and have them in, they stay in and never need to be adjusted or pushed back in. When I'm asleep, I find that each time I wake up, they have come out and I need to search for them on the bed.I feel like I breathe better with them in. I'm glad I purchased them. I really like having the carrying case for travel and for leaving on the nightstand at home. It comes with a few sets. I prefer the large one with the little ribs. I think for me, it grips better and is still comfortable.The hardest part to get used to is trying to sniffle with them in. I get a drop or two of drainage every now and then and am used to a quick sniff to take care of it. I'd suggest keeping a small box or travel size pack of tissues next to you.Cleaning is easy. I run them under warm water and some liquid soap. The material is durable so you can clean them vigorously if you like. The band holding them together is strong. I've had these for two months and there are no nicks or tears or scuffs with semi-regular to regular use.If I lost these or damaged them, I would replace them with this same set. I'm happy enough with them to use them again going forward.

I am sure this has worked wonders for others, sadly not for me!It felt like just another cheap gadget or gizmo with inaccurate claims and no users manual...

It’s a cheap filter not an anti snoring device and the rubber that goes in your nose stinks

Doesn’t work and uncomfortable

not a complete silencer but for the last three nights I have got a lot more rest

So far it has worked to not snore at night.My noise is sensitive using this product.
