I started taking this supplement at the advice of my doctor and this stuff is seriously life-changing for me. I've been very deficient in pregnenolone for a long time and was unable to raise my levels on my own, so I started taking this. I take this at my physician's advice so I can't say whether you should take this without consulting with yours, but I will say that it worked very well for me.

This is a excellent product for women health care needs. Pregnenolen is an essential supplement for women’s hormone balance, but never talked about. A blood test should be done by a professional lab and read by a doctor who is credential in evaluating lab results.

I split these in half for my daily 25mg. I buy these because they are sustained release.

I have done a lot of research about pregnenolone (you must do this if you are willing to try this product you need to know what you are taking, just don't take my word) I am a bit frightened of taking this at such a high dose due to a lot of reviews and information about pregnenolone. To be honest I have had great relief from taking this that I will continue but proceed with caution. I half a tablet then half it again so I would say I end up with about 10/12mgs I can't be certain as sometimes I just can't break them in perfect pieces. You can get smaller mg doses in other brands but this one has micronized and time-released, both important micronized or sublingual is advisable, in order to bypass the liver/ This is the only product I have found that offers both. The side effects of taking to much can be hair loss, hair growth on face, heart irregularities and palpitations, irritability, anger, insomnia, night sweats, acne, headaches. To make sure I am not taking too much I only take this when I need it...........this is me being careful. I take this because I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and I read that some people with low thyroid can also have adrenal dysfunction so I decided to try this. I can tell you I was amazed at the relief I got from the severe fatigue I have. I have my good days and bad days and I save this for the bad days. The low dose works for me so I am not planning on taking any more for now but I will if my body is ready for the dose to be upped.

I have tried several brands, and this is the best by far. It is micronized (resulting in an enhanced bioavailability). The effect is noticeable. A doctor has recommended it. Since it is a hormonal supplement, and one that really works, it is advisable to talk to you physician first, especially if you are under 45.

Received pregnenolone pretty quick product seems ok but have read that you cant convert wild yams into pregnenolone only pharmaceutical grade pregnenolone works so il be trying a different manufactured pregnenolone next time
