Fredrix 5534 12 by 16-Inch Stretched Watercolor Canvas

I released all of the staples that attach it to the frame and used it for Christmas wrapping a 5x7 inch box. Wow! Everyone was intrigued, as this particular kind of canvas makes a unique and classy impression when used as Christmas wrap with twine, bells--embellished with anything with a country look to it. It was my favorite wrapping project this year. I found no other fabrics, or canvas, that compared to the matte glimmer of this product!!!

I used Prismacolor watercolor pencils and some watercolor paint and the canvas took in both really well. It's hard to find these in stores so I will definitely be buying more of these in the future.

The canvas came in warped. Wouldn't be SUCH a big deal but water tends to pool in creases. Was going to use this for a present, but I had to make other plans because of the creases. Going to send it back.

I just started painting on canvas and this really is the only watercolor canvas that works. i recomend looking into Tom Lynch's work to see how you can make this product shine

Layering water color on this is very effective... I love painting on this canvas, you just have to be patient to get the effect you like with layers.

Great canvas to buy for someone as a gift if they like to paint, I know my girlfriend really appreciated this along with other art stuff.

My paint won't stick! When rewetted, any dry area comes right off!
