Do yourself a favor and buy something longer with this purchase.We got this nightlight originally for our nursery as the light switch is in an awkward place and we have to fumble about in the dark to get to it. After the baby was born, we put it in our room to provide extra light for nighttime feedings and changing.The first thing I did was buy a long USB charging cable so we could leave it plugged in all the time. It'll now stay on all night but still left us with the ability to unplug it and move the light closer if we needed more light at night.The adjustable brightness is... Ok. It weirdly gets stuck sometimes. This might be because ours is always plugged in and that's not the product's intention. But we make due with the wonkiness.The brightness of the light is excellent for a nightlight. It's bright enough to change diapers or to check on a baby with, but still dim enough that my husband (who can't sleep with a light on) can still sleep, even at the light's full blast.

We bought our first light about 2 years ago, and then a little over a year ago we bought 2 more so each of our kids could have one. They are all still working great! Of course, I love that they have lasted so well, and there are other things about this light that have been really useful too. They are a soft amber-ish color, so they won't make it hard for you to fall back to sleep if you have to use one in the middle of the night. (Blue-ish lights wake your mind up more, so amber is much better for nighttime use.) They are dimmable. They have a long battery life - we have left them on all night before without plugging them in, and they have still had battery power the next day. They also stay cool, so they are safe for our little ones. These are all the points I was originally looking for in a light.At first we gave this product three stars because the power-off versus stand-by modes confused us at first. We got used to these two modes after a little while, though, and since then we have been really happy with them. We even bought a fourth light for my sister as a gift for her baby shower! So, yeah, all in all, we highly recommend this product!

It broke a while ago. This product lasted around 6months-1 year. It fell from the table to the hardwood (3’ distance) and stopped working. I miss it for it was a nice dim side table lamp. I am just going to throw it out unless the customer service team wants me to send it in for a new one. Let me know!

Great little lamp, ideal for middle of night diaper changes in our nursery. Not too bright even on the highest setting, and the light color is nice and warm. Not blue light which wakes you up! Easy to turn on and off even when you're half asleep and a charge lasts ages. I had an iisue (light stopped working after I charged for the first time) and the company replied quickly euth a hack to fix it (press and hold down the light for 5 seconds to hard reset it).

I got this for my guest room for when my daughter visits with her baby. It is so helpful to have just a little light to check that all is well when she is fussy while sleeping.

This little nursery light is so appealing, easy to use and fun to have around. The wooden base is what really sets this light apart, adding to its visual aesthetic and tactile appeal.I found the colour of the light a touch yellow, not amber enough for me. So I pulled off the top, coloured the LED lights with felts, playing around until I got the shade I liked.If you try the same thing, colouring on top of one colour with another, will slightly remove the first colour—in case you put too much.(I used a permanent orange, but the red really came through so it looked pink. Colouring over with yellow and using a pale orange children’s felt here and there made the light nice and amber.)

I purchased this lamp because I needed a dimmable light for middle of the night feedings/checks on baby. I love how easy it is to turn on and off and that it is portable/not tethered to a power cord. It’s lowest setting is bright enough to use as a task light but still dim enough to not disturb your sleeping partner.
