Brilliant product. Bought for my Father due to knee and back pain from playing alot of golf and football over the years. He is very impressed and tells me that it's warming sensation is very effective. He has been telling his team at football about this product because he is so impressed!

Was disappointed with this rub, it smelled like a rub but had no affect on me didn't feel any warmth or soothing from it.....shame really as it wasn't cheap!!

This is really great for back pain. I actually find it very cooling, not hot.

I am a disabled lady with every imaginable pain/problem you can name and I use as many natural products as possible. I have been using another Hemp cream which I rate very highly, but, I add my own capsicum to it (cayenne pepper) and I thought hey, why not try this one that says it is HOT. I have not regretted it for one moment. If you do NOT like hot, do not buy it, however, if you like the HOT, because, like me, it seriously helps you, then I highly recommend this product for you. EDIT: This wonderful company has changed their product and increased the size of the jar. I was hesitant at first because it was PERFECT (though small jar). My new order came and I had to try it immediately. It is smoother, smells lovely,you can use less product than previously and it still gets hot, which was my fear, that they would take away the heat. NO...it is still there and beautiful I might add. The larger jar just adds benefit and it stayed the same price. This has the added benefit of these wonderful people putting in a bonus of 10% discount of future purchases inside each box. That speaks volumes to me! While my 1st praise WAS correct, it no longer stands. I still have an original jar and have been comparing the ingredients (A&D told me it was the SAME formula) and it IS NOT. It no longer gets hot which was the beauty of this product for me and everyone I introduced to it. I am now going back to try the old brand who have come out with a NEWER version. Sorry, however, I have to be honest.I could not let it stand as PERFECT, which it used to be.

Bought this to see if it would ease the pain in my knee after I tore a ligament. It won’t cure anything but I like the warming effect and it has temporary eased the pain. Good value for a large tub.
