Great as a fishing suppy
I'd watched a YouTube video claiming this product was great for making bags to hold chicken liver while fishing for catfish. After several times using it for that purpose I'm sold on it and will buy more in the future. I love this stuff and it's not only increased the number of fish I catch, but it's saved me money on bait since now my preferred bait of chicken liver now stays on the hook instead of it either falling off the hook when casting or being easily stolen by the fish. Sorry fish, no more free meals from me!If you know somebody who likes to fish for catfish using chicken liver and want to get them a gift they're sure to love buy this for him/her. Then have them go to YouTube and search for the video titled "How to keep chicken liver on your hooks - no fail." It's hard to know what to buy a fisherman/woman sometimes, but this item will be a hit for anybody that fishes for catfish using chicken liver. It is a gift that your fisherman/woman will use and love!

Good for fishing
I use these for soft bait, usually shrimp, when fishing. I wish the netting was a little finer. Crabs can get through the netting, or they just cut through it. But it works awesome to keep soft baits on longer. Before, I would have to check bait every 10 minutes or so, and more than half the time my bait was gone. Now I almost always still have bait. You can tell that the crabs were working on it, but it's a lot harder for them to steal it.As an added bonus, it works very well for its intended purpose. It kept bandages secure on my finger while being breathable.

I Use Them a Little Differently
I bought this because my dog keeps chewing up my oxygen lines. There's not much I can do in terms of keeping them out of his way because of the nature of using oxygen. So I recently used these bandages to cover the entire tubing, which is 25 ft long, and so far it seems to be working. The dog has not chewed on my tube since I got this. I'm much happier about it.

Size 1 fit thumb well.
Hubs cut off the tip of his thumb on a chop saw. After the initial couple weeks of having his whole hand wrapped and splinted, the Dr's office gave us a bunch of something like this stuff to bandage his wound with but we went through it fast so I had to find it on my own.... Couldn't be found locally but amazon came to my rescue.Size 1 was just the right size to hold the gauze in place on his thumb and was comfortable for him to wear- not too tight or itchy. We changed it twice daily for about 4 weeks and we still have a bunch left over, a little goes a long way. It was easy to put on and take off, though removal tended to be a little painful as the elastic kind of pulled the gauze off with it. Not much of a way around that.

Surgilast: Great for holding Chicken livers on a hook - and enough to share!
I'm another fisherman, using it to hold chicken livers on a hook! 25yds (stretched) comes to about 20 ft relaxed, so I cut it into five 4' sections and shared with four other fishermen friends (it fits in 3" X 4" resealable bags). Since we only use 1.5" segments, tied off into small "pouches" it should last us many seasons. On a given trip each pouch is re-useable. The supplier, Chicago Medical Supplies was very friendly, and prompt with email responses; but due to a USPS foul-up, it arrived a week beyond the projected time. The post office sent it from Chicago to Cleveland Ohio Via St. Paul MN(!) Probably from a machine reading a smudged bar code(?) until some human actually read the mailing label :-)

Cut to size for my small toe
I have bunions and my toes are cramped in my shoes. I cut a 2 inch piece and put on hurting toe with some foot powder. The sore is almost gone as I put on daily.
