I use this daily to help curb my appetite. It really has helped and I can tell the difference when I don't take them. I have the cravings uncontrolled and taking this helps. Great value for the cost.

Horrible! Didn’t work at all! in fact it makes me feel more hungry. I just trash it. Waste of money.

Didn't really work for me - -i tried for a few weeks = maybe needed more time.

I take one capsule with breakfast and lunch. I usually forget to take it at dinner. No adverse effects. This does seem to help decrease my appetite. Now I'm eating three meals daily, instead of three meals plus multiple snacks per day. I will definitely be ordering again.

My doctor suggested this product as an appetite aide while changing to a low carb diet. I understand it doesn't work the same for everyone but it works great for me. It's safe...she even said I could take one in the late evening to combat my carb cravings at 9 pm.

Product does what it claims to do. I notice an uptake with my energy levels and find myself not as hungry when it is taken as directed
