My liver values have increased, due to usage of this product.

I purchased them when I had sleeping issues. Even when I ate 3-4 gums I couldn't sleep. I used for almost a month but no use. Last month while cleaning my fridge I found the bottle whichbwas half full. I had to throuthem all. Writing this review after almost a year. Expensive and useless. Just medidate, worry less, eat curd rice.

This works well my daughter uses it and it helps her sleep. She takes it around seven and she’s knocked out by 9:30 PM. She was having issues sleeping before hand and now she’s able to get to bed on time and a full nights rest. Glad we tried these and taste pretty good.

It works for me but please be sure to take it before bed time, not too late or too early. I did notice that I had a hard time waking up. That can be easily solved by getting at least 8 hours of sleep.

It really works, got some great sleep and it's tasty, not alot of sugar, soft , true to ingredients.

I know melatonin is produced naturally, and I try not to rely on artificial supplementation because of side effects and the risk of getting dependent on it. But as a night-shift worker, my sleep schedule gets thrown completely out of rhythm every few months and I need to manually reset it. People say shift work is manageable with a consistent sleep schedule, but anyone who works nights knows that’s almost impossible. You’re fighting daylight, noise, construction, dogs barking, people living their normal daytime lives. Sleeping during the day is a battle. This 3 mg gummy helps me reset my rhythm when I need it. I rarely take the full dose usually half or even a quarter. I use it for a short stretch until my body falls back into a stable pattern, then I stop. Every few months, when working nights throws me off again, I use it the same way. Effective and reliable when you need to get your sleep back on track.

Not sure why I got sleep gummies cos it’s not the most convenient to have to brush your teeth again after popping them. As with most sleep supplements it gave me crazy dreams
