I have progressive MS so between that and the medications "going" has been an ever-worsening battle. I have to use a stimulant as well as an enema (shoutout to Fleet they do get the job done) this year even while taking 200-300mg of Kirkland stool softeners (100mg pills) morning and night. I decided to try to find a different mfg. I am SO grateful for this product. I take one in the morning with my morning pills and one at night with my night pills and while I still need a stimulant I no longer need the enema which is so super fantastic. The only thing is they are pretty large but I have to use applesauce to take meds anyway so it isn't a big deal for me others might have an issue though.
