This is the best product for anyone who has ever struggled with acne! It is honestly life-changing. This is not a sponsored review. It is just that awesome. I'm pretty sure I've tried every highly recommended acne product out there in the last 5 years. This tops them all. I started struggling with acne as an adult. Cystic acne, which is painful and causes severe pore damage and scarring. My journey has taken 5 years and I've spent so much money on so many products that didn't work. First I tried proactive and it made no difference whatsoever. I went the opposite route and only used simple over the counter cleansers like neutrogena, but that didn't help. I bought water purifiers for my shower and sink because I thought my skin was reacting to toxins in the water, but that didn't work. I switched to Mario badescu and spoke with a specialist and bought the whole regime which helped a little, The "buffering cream" in particular. But I had to be painfully religious with it (including wearing masks to bed every night) and even then I would still break out. I changed my diet and cut out all gluten soy dairy and sugar for 9 months. But that still didn't work. I took prescribed medication. And that worked while I took it but quickly stopped working when I was off of it. I took over the counter medication. Supplements... You name it. Finally, I came across this product while watching a YouTube video. The testimonials were pretty convincing. And so I went for it. After a month of religiously using it I noticed a huge difference. My skin was still covered in bumps and small breakouts but the cystic acne was gone. Within three months, my skin was even. By six months I had clear skin with occasional breakouts. By 8 months, my skin was gloriously even clear and normal. Scarring went away almost entirely. My pores were smaller. I use it now about 5 times a week and I never breakout. I still need to use it regularly but not as religiously. Now I get compliments on my skin. When I tell people about my battle with my skin, they don't believe me. The large bottles of the regimen lasted me about 8 months. Currently, I use the large bottle of the cleanser and regular sizes of the other 3 creams. I do use the glycolic acid as well and recommend it. If you're camping or don't have access to water, you can use cleansing face wipes and go through the rest of the regimen as you normally would. So there's my long-winded recommendation and way more information than you needed to know. If you're struggling with severe acne, get this. It really works. Stick with it. Don't give up. And you'll be so happy you did.

Out of all the products that I've used in the past 5 years,this cleanser, from acne.org, had the most promising results. The first two week were brutal. My skin was itchy and irritated. Flakes of dry skin was peeling off my face, and no matter how much, or what moisturizer I used, it would not go away. I believe this is a normal phase for certain skin types, because my brother did not have this problem. The same thing happened when I first applied it on my neck and chest area (I suffer from body acne as well). Fortunately, after the two weeks I saw that my skin was starting to clear up, and was no longer irritated or itchy. I've been using this product a little over 4 months. I do have oily skin, so this product stripped me away from the natural moisture/oil that my skin produces, hence the itchiness. I am now left with large pores, and my face is a mosaic of different types of discoloration. I did suffer from severe acne. I will note that after 4 months of consistent use, I realized that my skin wasn't heavily reliant on this cleanser. There would be days where I would wash my face with just water, day and night, and I wouldn't break out. If I slept over at a friend's house and I forgot my cleanser, I would use hers, and my skin would be so forgiving; I didn't wake up to a face full of pimples. Overall this product has helped get rid of acne at the source; I'm very pleased with it.

I'm not typically one to review items, however I had no choice but to commend the makers of this product for their work. Like most normal teenagers, I tried every product on the face of the earth trying to find the perfect solution for my skin, whether prescription or over-the-counter. Freshman year of college (now a senior), I was looking through facial cleansers on Amazon and decided to give this one a try. Ever since that day, I've been a loyal customer to this amazing product. PROS: - Does not over-dry skin, no need to use moisturizer alongside it (although they sell that too) - Large bottle will easily last two months, great size for the price - Can also be used as a shave gel, although I still prefer actual shave gel so I don't waste the cleanser - Skin does not "get used to it" and stop working, as I've been using the product over 3 years and haven't had any major breakouts since - Does not bleach or stain towels as some other cleansers do CONS: - If you drop it from any significant height (such as in the shower) and it lands wrong, the pump has a good chance of snapping off; but this has nothing to do with the product itself, more user error Overall, I would recommend anyone at least give this cleanser a try. Based on the other reviews, it seems to be highly regarded by everyone and I can confirm all of these statements.

The product itself works very well. I have extremely sensitive skin but this is the best cleanser I have found so far. After using this on my face, my skin does turn slightly red, but like I said, this is to be expected because I have such sensitive skin. Overall though, this product has been the most gentle on my face compared to everything else I’ve tried. I can already see a slight difference after only a week of using it, twice daily. The reason I gave it four stars is because the bottle arrived broken. The top of the bottle where you press down was broken and product was leaking out of cracks on the tube of the lid, which was disappointing.

I have been using Acne.Org products for probably 15 years or more. I love that it doesn’t dry out my skin and keeps it feeling clean.

Have been using these products for many years. I didn't realize my card was not updated for my subscription through their site, so I ended up running out of this cleanser. Nothing is as gentle on my skin as this. Their benzoyl peroxide gel is the absolute best. I use their lotion and the glycolic acid gel with the benzoyl peroxide and this cleanser. It has helped my skin for many years and has helped my daughter's skin. I never want to be without it. I began using these products when there was only the benzoyl peroxide gel. It was developed because the only 2.5% alternative was a very tiny tube with 2 ounces of product for around $5 to $7 per tube. These products have been amazing and I had tried all the other acne products and lines prior to these. I tried prescription medication and spent way too much money without any change in my skin. This is what worked and what continues to work. Using it consistently and with the benzoyl peroxide and lotion is vital to it working. Even my oily skin needs the moisturizer. When I tried using the products without it I had more breakouts. Using that after the other products is the key.

I got this for my stepson who struggles with acne on his face, chest and back. We put it in the shower and since it's a nice big bottle, I've been using it as well in a couple of spots. This feels just like a regular body wash - light and basically fragrance free. I just lather it up and rub it on the troubled areas, then let it sit for a minute or two before rinsing off. Works great to control breakouts anywhere you have them. And it's a good price - the bottle has lasted a good amount of time even with 2 people using it.
