Good stuff. Magnesium is one vitamin/mineral that is not absorbed well through the GI tract, so skin application is a fantastic option. Putting this in the hot tub gives a nice (not overpowering) fragrance and provides the magnesium needed to relieve joint/muscle pain. Great therapy!

I have Lupus and RA and my joints just hurt! I have an inflatable hot tub and that has already been amazing, but to be able to throw in some of these therapy crystals too... HEAVEN! The only thing I will say is you're going to have to change out your spa filter more often! Mine gets a little slimy, but other than that my chemical levels have all been okay!

I like the scent , and if feels good on my skin , but i wanted to use it in my outdoor spa , i’d have to use the whole container

Very nice addition to relaxing in the hot tub. The scent could be stronger like a eucalyptus or mint. My tub is outside and I don't notice a particular aroma.

I love the smell of this! However, in a 350 gallon hot tub, you have to use 3 1/2 oz, or more, and the scent fades quickly. So it becomes pricey to use, and I don’t feel that it soothes the muscle pain at all... but it smell wonderful.

Takes half a jar for the hot tub. Very pricey for that
