Absolutely satisfied. I have been looking for a way to get the true flavor of lemon grass for a Thai curry I make. Never could except once when I grew my own but it takes long to grwo and does not reproduce. This product smells so great I can't believe it.

The flavor of the powder was quite distinct. This was my first time trying lemongrass. I was pleased with the flavor and taste. The package was small. I assume it is because a little will go a long way.

Good subtitution of fresh thai lemongrass. Lots of fragrant for dishes.

If you need the citrus flavor of lemongrass in a sauce or don't have any of the real lemongrass on hand...This is a great substitute.

We used this powdered lemongrass for a Thai soup and it was bomb!!!!

I was really disappointed with this product. I opened the package and sniffed inside, expecting a lemongrass smell. I couldn't smell a thing. I then put a little on my finger to taste it. It was mostly tasteless, although there was a slight taste of what I imagine newly mown grass would taste like. I threw it away.

It was tasty enough but pricey to my opinion

Please please, listen to the 1 star reviews. This product has absolutely no fragrance or flavor. Complete waste of money and you can not return it. I just wasted $10.

Cette citronelle est extra. Très parfumée mais pas amère. Donc impeccable pour mes plats Thaïlandais oui chinois et vietnamien. Elle peut servir aussi dans la gastronomie européenne. Surtout utilisée pour les viandes poissons et légumes. Parfois même dans certains desserts. Celle-ci est TOP. Je rachèterais.
