This arrived in a broken jar. It's a mess, and for some reason it's not eligible for return or refund. It's a ripoff!

I tried adding a liberal amount to my food but it’s more sweet than spicy.

Ordered this because of the other reviews saying it's really hot. We opened it last night and it smelled strongly of vinegar. Vinegar is listed pretty far down the ingredient list and the taste doesn't throw off the dish too much, but could definitely smell it even after putting it on our dish. It had a nice heat, but wasn't too spicy to our taste buds. Good flavor, but needs more heat and less to no vinegar.

Love this Thai oil, use it all the time. Quality is great and flavor is great. Way better than the oil I can get st the local store

Wow! Excellent product. Adds heat without adding unwanted flavours. I have used this before and will do so again.
