Apple cider vinegar has recently been in the news as an aid in losing weight I thought I would give it a try. I think taking a capsule will be much easier than trying to drink three tablespoons of vinegar in a cup of water.

Very potent smell. Smells so strong you will think you are drinking the vinegar itself.

Alot for the money. Even with taking 3 a day they last awhile.

this brand hasn't been around very long, but i'm starting to use them more and more:1. because of price.2. because of no added exipients, additives, or other completely unnecessary toxins.3. they produce bottles of large quantity, rather than those stupid and wasteful large bottles, with 60 or 90 capsules, that the majority of supplement sellers offer (and which usually come two-thirds empty space). land-fills, people, land-fills. no wonder we're killing our own environment. kinda ironic, don't ya think? - people are concerned with their inner health and take supplements, while giving no thought to their out environment, and tolerate ridiculous packaging that pollutes. I WILL LET U IN ON A METAPHYSICAL SECRET: THERE'S NO "INNER", AND NO "OUTER". that's just western world white-man societal conditioning.thanks, colonialism/imperialism/nationalism/racism. :)

I have taken cider capsules for years. These just don't do the job for me.I do not feel that there is slimming that I get from a couple of other brands.But, that may just be my particular metabolism. These don't work for me.I know what ones do, I will purchase the other brand. I sub and repeat business.I just knocked them off of my subscriptions.
