Best Mexican Hot Chocolate
I always have trouble getting this. The Arbuelita type is available, but Ibarra is far and away better. When I get a chance, I get a case or two of the Ibarra.

Great taste!
It tastes great with simple ingredients. I like individual sized portions and the tablet (even though it is molded with dividing ridges) is too thick to break by hand and I have to use a knife to cut. There is a slightly gritty texture which I would guess is from the rough grinding of the coco bean or the cinnamon but it's not unpleasant and adds character.
