Love this product
I've been a Sikkens fan for years. We use this on our outdoor deck and privacy walls that surround our deck. The color is rich and vibrant - no other stain comes close to the look. This is expensive compared to other stains and you will have to use more often (on decks), but IMO it's completely worth the end result, which is beauty.

Longevity
Have been using this product for the last 20 years. It outlasts other exterior wood finishing products by a factor of 2.The application requires 3 coats. Cetol1 followed by 2 coats of Cetol 23. This triples the application cost. The product is also ~40% more expensive than other wood finishing products.

This product still looked good after enduring six years in the harsh Chicago winters. I am installing more cedar fence and am using this product due to its cost effectiveness considering its longer life span.

Excellent stain, will definitely last. One coat was enough. Very pricey but worth it.
