Good Workout Even for Us More Mature Folks
I'm in my late 50's and work out 3 times a week doing similar exercising. This DVD started out with exercises I could do well then it intensified to where I couldn't do some of the positions. Which is okay! I either modified the position or fast forwarded to a different 10 minute session. This is a good work out and I will use it often; either in between my current routine or as a make up to classes I miss.

These workouts are great, and you won't believe Mindy is 51 when your'e working out with her! WOW! She is crisp in her movements, has an amazing body, and a peppy but not annoying spirit. There are 6 or more 10 to 20 minute workouts on this DVD. There's one warm up, and one cool down that you can add to whatever workout you choose. If one 10 minute workout is too short, you can just combined it with another 10 workout for 20 minutes total. I couldn't believe how much I sweated in one 10 workout though! She never stops moving. I suggest previewing each workout ahead of time. Some of them are bottom heavy, while other are more top heavy, and still others do a lot of floor work. Great time saving purchase!

Excellent workout!
Mindy Mylrea is a pro and her workouts are intense. This is no exception. It is an excellent dvd that includes 6 varied workouts of between 10-20 minutes (fartik, tabatta etc.) that can stand alone or you can mix and match for variety.Mindy cues and explains each exercise very well and she keeps you challenged and motivated. This dvd is for high intermediate -advanced exercisers who want a GREAT workout!

I really like this workout
Lots of variety and time options by picking varying segments. I also like the core segments since it's functional movement and not a bunch of floor work. I definitely felt this the next day! Just for reference, this is pretty close to Breathless Body and Cathe's Tabatacise in terms of intensity.

Challenging tabatas without equipment
This caught my eye because I prefer workouts that don't require any equipment.Although Mindy encourages you to do one or just a few segments, I tend to do them all. So I am definitely wiped by the end. I think each segment does a good job of working its area of focus, I think the Core segment has a few awkward moves and the 75/15 segment can get long. So I skip those sometimes. I really enjoy this workout some segments are more cardio focused and some are more strength focused (there's a decent number of push ups sprinkled throughout) but they are all challenging. The workout does not go to the beat of the music, it's just supposed to be motivation per Mindy. Mindy is alone in this video, yet she does a good job of offering up modifications so I don't miss background exercisers. Lastly, I enjoy that there are few floor exercises in this workout.The warm up/cool down are thorough enough but not extensive.
