Lodge LMPB21 Cast Iron Pot, 15.2 oz (Black)

I have always loved using LODGE CAST IRON products for my daily cooking. Though it is expensive, but having said that I look at it as an investment I make on my kitchen which is equally an important aspect and space of my home and lovely life. Good and ergonomic cookware makes cooking for loved ones a delight! And quite interesting . This MELTING POT from lodge is just a show stopper from them. The inner diameter of the pot is 11cms. So sturdy and durable. Can last a lifetime , in my opinion. They make products to give us memories of a lifetime in cooking. Can pass through generations! Best part- IT IS PRE SEASONED. JUST TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT , & trust me it will pamper u. After every use try and wash is immediately and COMPLETELY DRY IT. WIPE WELL WITH A TOWEL. THEN IMMEDIATELY APPLY SOME VEGETABLE OIL ALL OVER IT INCLUDING THE HANDLES. Can’t thank the founder of LODGE! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️God bless

It’s a good product.. for melting ... but bigger in size for Tadka dal

Very pleased with the product, it also arrived on time. There appears to be less or no difference between this and the 15 oz melting pot in dimention or weight. The melting pot itself is made of cast iron, while the basting brush handle is not cast iron, though it looks like it. Finish is good for both.

Good quality but too small

It’s an amazing product..great addition to my kitchen..it’s really helpful to heat small portions ie..two katori dal, tadka .. fits well on my stove.. the shape is super cute.. seller was prompt with his delivery..

Heat Insulated handle would have been better.

Ich bin grundsätzlich Fan der Marke Lodge und besitze viele Pfannen und Produkte aus dem Haus. Dieses hier ist gut geeignet, wenn man ausschließlich mit dem Pinsel arbeiten will. Ich habe in dieser kleinen Form jedoch ein Block Butter geschmolzen und wollte die flüssige Butter für die Zubereitung einer Sauce Hollandaise in ein anderes Gefäß gießen. Das soll man unter rühren langsam und kontrolliert machen. Tatsächlich ist der Ausguss aber so klein, dass man damit nicht arbeiten kann. Es läuft entweder alles an der Außenwand des Gefäßes herunter oder man hat einen großen Schwall. Wäre kein Auslauf an dem Gefäß, gäbe es kein Problem. Dann wäre klar: Nur den Pinsel nutzen! Wenn man aber einen Auslauf einbaut, dann sollte der auch funktionieren.

Well, it’s Lodge cast iron, so that should be enough said! It will sit on your grill and keep your basting liquid warm. Great item.

Adoro los productos lodge, geniales para cocinar, este es excelente para hacer queso fundido, cómo siempre cumpliendo con las espectativas, eso sí su cuidado es casi religioso, pero una vez acostumbrado a como cuidar este tipo de sartenes hasta lo disfrutas.
