Regularly taking this and I can confirm much less joint pains and aches

Only realised that it also contained Magnesium Oxide which is hard to absorb and cheap after buying this product. It does have three other good Magnesiums so I will use it this time but will not be buying it again as I don't want Magnesium Oxide. I am taking it with Zinc, D3 & K2.

Easy to swallow.

After years of problematic sleep including nightly night terrors and parasomnias, i tried this (as a last resort if I'm honest,) I didn't personally notice a big difference in my sleep, maybe a better deeper quality of sleep occasionally? It's brilliant for multiple ailments anyway and you must also remember, not every prescribed medication/natural medicine ect works for everyone....buuuut if this natural remedy could solve your problems like sleep for example, wouldn't that be so much better than being zombies on all the strong meds the docs give you? Just give it a go, you've got nothing to loose. And make sure you take it for a while before making a judgement It's well packaged, quick delivery, informative ect...and from what I could tell (from more in depth research other than Amazon), the scientific analysis of all the compounds and ingredients in the capsules were of a high standard and from reputable sources

I've recently been unwell after pneumonia and no energy plus my asthma seemed worse. It's early days but since I've been taking these supplements for a few days, my energy has doubled and my airways seem much less irritated. Magnesium can apparently help asthma and this supplement has all the forms of magnesium in it. They're a bit big to swallow and be warned they may send you running for the loo pretty sharpish for a day or two until you get used to them, but overall I'm impressed and cautiously optimistic that they'll continue to help.

I have used other magnesium supplements, but so far this appears to be the most effective. Main positives are it’s a variety of sources of magnesium, but still cost effective. Overall my aches from exercise have decreased and I appear to be sleeping better and feeling more refreshed in the mornings.
