i bought it to hook stuff to it and hold it on my belt and it works perfectly for my stanley cup. easy to use! the price is perfect. it cost about $3-$4 each and it fits perfectly on my nylon belt.

Great tool holder

I’ve been using these hooks for over 20 years now. Some may last a month, others a few years. I wear it on the front of my tool belt for my impact drill mostly. But it holds air staplers and occasionally a framing nailer too.

This McGuire Nicholas 93333 Monster Hook has been working well very for my needs. I like that I rotates out of the way and has friction detents to hold it in three different positions, either 90-degrees straight out, flat facing back or flat facing forward. It fits securely on both my Klein 2-inch wide and 1-1/2 inch tool belts and I use it routinely for my 18V cordless impact driver, hammerdrill or reciprosaw, especially when up on a ladder, but also occasionally for other things like carrying an Arrow T-25 stapler, a couple of rolls of different colored electrical tapes or a bag of tie wraps, etc. The body of the holder is made of black plastic with a spring steel belt clip and the hook is semi-rigid metal, but can be bent open or closed with your hand to accommodate different size tool handles.

Light weight and great price. I’m using on hunting saddle to hang climbing sticks and as tree strap hangers for bow/gun. Simple to clip to belt or molle webbing.

If you plan to be sitting or bending over or moving when wearing it, it will fall off. But if all you do is stand there with it, it seems to do a good job. But every thirty minutes or so, I end up having to get it off the ground. Still, I recommend and use it endlessly

Used for a Mikita scaffolding impact wrench.Such a simple little idea has really made the world of difference to my working day!I never got on with the traditional holster type drill holders, and I spent a few quid trying to get the right balance with them to no avail.This hook just works plain and simple. I’ve used it all summer more of less and have not dropped my dill once. It’s very simple going from using the drill to back on the hook whilst shifting tube etc. I guess I mean it’s as quick and natural a movement as using a spanner. The awkwardness of the holster type holders made me hardly ever use my impact drill because it slowed me right down and knackered my hip when humping gear around. This hook has alleviated this and I’m on my impact drill all day now. Productivity has been boosted etc.For the price you’d be taking a worthwhile risk to see if you can get on with it like I have.

I was looking for a hook, this was exactly what I needed.

I bought a drill holder that had a cameo role in the Transformers film franchise...clip for this, part for that, attachments that did this for that tool etc etc. Nice little gimmick and something to show off but for me it was ultimately unnecessary. Plus it slowed me down as a worker on building sites. I already have a tool belt and so all I really needed was a simple, strong, user friendly holder for my drill going up ladders and podiums. This! This is THE best, THE most user friendly drill holder you ever need. Been using it for two weeks now and It's saved me valuable time and space inside podiums at work. Love it.
