A Dagger in the Rough
Cool title, right? Even cooler little blade. I wouldn't take it to war, although it would probably be good for a Zombie or two come time for that. Ever notice how skulls are really easy to pierce on The Walking Dead? When you open the box, you're going to notice a few things: The orange cloth seems a bit out of place. Extremely nice looking, but it's lining a cardboard box. The dagger itself is a bit small. It's the size I would imagine Sting would be. A great sword for a Hobbit, you know? But nothing you would actually use as a weapon. That's good, seeing as how I got this as a remarkably cheap display piece. And that brings me to the next thing you notice. I checked, it is remarkably cheap. At least in the price I paid. But - and here's the kicker - nothing about this blade seems cheap. It is highly details and well polished in design. This level of quality is out of place, like a fine cloth lining a card board box. This is a fine blade for a low price, and I'm already considering how many to buy as presents for other people. They don't have to KNOW I'm cheap, right?

Yes
Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. It was so satisfying to pick this bad boy up. It was heavy, and it felt real. The blade was dull which is perfectly fine with me, im not trying to kill someone with it, however I did sharpen it a little bit just for the pleasure of sharpening a dagger. The packaging cracked me up as well. The front showed two poorly animated mortal combat (i think) characters. The box was a bit beaten up but I didn't mind. The cat approves, I approve. Wonderful dagger. P.S if it bothers you, there is a small print on the dagger on one side that says "stainless china"

Real nice costume piece
This is more a display piece or costume piece than a working knife. Artwork is pretty good for the price, the handle looks good, the sheath and blade look good (not super sharp of course but will pierce things if you stab). At first glance it appears to be an authentic medieval blade - the workmanship is pretty good, but no telling how it will endure heavy work (again, I got it as a costume piece). The only thing that dispels the 'medieval' notion is "stainless steel" and "Made in China." Also, the box has a warning that the product contains chemicals known to cause cancer etc.

Perfect for anyone that enjoys losing themselves in fictional worlds for a while!
It's been a while since I wanted to start a collection of prop swords/daggers/etc and this one was a perfect place to start. It's very cute and if you don't pay close attention you might even think it's the real deal. The fact that it includes its own sheath was a nice touch as well. I've received nice compliments on it from my friends and family. I was very surprised at the quality of the product considering it wasn't expensive at all. The blade is very sturdy and I don't think there's a risk of it getting rusty or anything like that with proper care. Absolutely recommend!

It's not what I expected.
This product shows one side of the dagger. The other side is completely different. The "imprint" is not one--it's some kind of sticker. That is good for me, because I was able to scratch the ugly designs off. The "faux bone" handle is cheap plastic. It's cheap, so I feel silly complaining, but the picture looks way better than the product. It's too big for a letter opener, but too flimsy and lightweight for anything else. I gave it three stars because it is really cheap and I don't think it's fair to expect too much out of something that costs less than $10. If I'd paid more for it, though, I would've returned it. It's not pretty at all and decoration is the only thing it could be used for.

... Templar assassin knife diverse the 5 star because its good quality the one i got how ever its not ...
this Templar assassin knife diverse the 5 star because its good quality the one i got how ever its not original quality meaning the wight handle instead of marble with engraved symbols its hard plastic, good plastic but not marble and the image is painted, the sheath is polished wood with brass casing witch is really good the blade it self isn't all that sharp but good for stabbing though flesh or other stuff thoughts of you who like to stab and chop wood this product inst ideal for that but good for home defiance in the dark or stealth slaying...with that being said i can approve this item i don't know what welding was made with this rather if its one peace cover by brass and plastic or two peace together it looks like one piece witch is good and it has Templar knights symbols on it witch is always classy but it can be modified to make it original if tookin to a black smith.

Very beautiful!
Don't mind my wo-maniac look haha... I just needed to get a picture for y'all and that's the best I could for now. This product definitely isn't legit, and I bet a lot of knife guys would say it was bad quality. But hey, I'm just a girl who loves to cosplay so for me it's perfect! It isn't sharp at all, I tried sharpening it for about ten minutes then got board and decided to just leave it dull, at least this way I don't have to worry about hurting myself or anyone else. It looks really cool, even tho it's cheap metal and cheep plastic, but totally worth it for the price! :) This would be perfect for medieval movies and plays, it looks real but is harmless ;) Thank you Amazon for great products!

Great Costume Accessory
As a costume accessory (in areas where "weapons" are allowed) this is economical and pretty. I don't recommend it as a weapon--I regard it as too flimsy. The edges are dull and rounded--the tip is pointed--and putting an edge would be difficult because of the steel used. It works well as a letter opener. Would I regard it as a weapon if I were at a security screening point? Yes. Just because I can snap the blade in two with my bare hands doesn't mean this is a harmless toy. If you're looking for a fighting tool, look elsewhere. The five star rating is for use as a costume accessory. A prop master may want to blunt the tip a bit, but otherwise it is pretty.
